Betty, use pass plays with a "90" in the name of the play. 90 refers to a 1 or 3 step drop by the QB, whereas a "50" is a 5 or 7 step drop.
On a 1 step, you basically pass the ball right after the snap. For a 3 step, watch the QB drop back and when he bounces forward, throw the ball. With an open receiver, you are almost guaranteed to get the ball off without being sacked.
Rollouts (pass plays with an "RO") also work if you know the pass rush of the defense is going inside. Outside pass rushes or contain plays almost always get a sack on rollouts, so be careful.
