Goldberg spearing Lesnar and Eddy covering for....2 was just awesome It was awesome for more than just the reason I mentioned too... because it allowed Eddy to win the match "on his own", and some can even say that even without Goldberg around, Lesnar still could have and would have been beaten that day.

If I went to a show and had some guy telling me who to cheer for I'd get pissed off too. Free ticket or not, I don't exactly have to listen to them. My loud-mouth is the least of their worries if they are giving out free tickets.

Also, I love any time in a match when the ref is knocked out and the face gets like a 20 count on the heel, and just as the second ref comes down... 1, 2, kickout! And the crowd just shits on it.... though the same holds true for when a heel gets the cover and the face barely makes it out. It's one of those moments where you know they won't get the three, but you still mark out when the kickout happens.

As much as I'm not a Jeff Hardy fan, after all the shit he had to go through from Taker the past year, he really should have gone over for that one night. He could have gone into Smackdown and been ordered to defend vs. Kurt Angle. Angle would destroy him and beat him for the title. Then, at Vengeance 2002, Rock could win the title in a Fatal Fourway (ya gotta throw Hardy in for that one match instead of a Triple Threat) and everything would be back to how it was anyway but the casual fan would be under the illusion that indeed anything . . . ANYTHING could happen in WWE . . . of course HHH would have ruined that in time anyway but still. Going back and looking at the thread, most were happy that Taker actually won...but damn, it would have been cool to see "Undisputed Champion Jeff Hardy" on a TV screen for just one or two shows. Shit, he could have held it to the PPV that year for all I cared, it would have been great.

Smackdown doing better than RAW? Woah! 6,600 is a "big success"? WOAH! well nearly doubling Raw (which is supposed to be the Flagship Show) is pretty good and shows that fans care about it and that's it not "the B show" in their eyes.

Not some much a nearfall... but the final time Jeff Hardy climbed the ladder during the Hardy/Taker World Title Match on Raw. The one where he knocked Taker down with the chair and beat on him, and then took like 30 seconds to climb the ladder and the camera zoomed in TIGHT on him, his hand gets inches away...and then BOOM...there comes Taker to ruin it all. Shit, there were even a few smarks 'round here that were cheering for Jeff to win the big one, including myself. It would have been awesome (even if just for a week).
