I had an idea about what the set at Fenway would look like. First, I'm assuming you guys know what Fenway looks like, but here's a seating chart to help out. I was thinking that the stage could be in front of the outfield bleachers (sections 34-36), where the triangle is, and the rampway could lead to the ring which would be in shallow center, maybe 15 feet behind second base. As for a video wall, a huge screen could cover the Green Monster.

There's sloppy play in Week 1 because, as Madden pointed out (yes, he actually made a good point), they are usually the first full games most of the starters play so they aren't quite in shape or together as a unit to play a solid game. That's why you usually have to wait until Week 6 or so to find out what teams are really about.

It was the full two hours in Boston as well. Granted, I didn't watch much, but nyeh nyeh anyway to everyone that only got one hour.

People are going to watch the three hour show with all the big stars and get all excited about the move to USA.....and then the main event the next week is Cena in yet another handicap match vs. Tyson Tomko/Carlito/Masters/Torrie/Coach, so people will say "seen that" and flip to UFC or MNF.

Well....this series looks pretty shitty right about now. The Sox have sucked against pitchers they've faced for the first time all year (see Leiter, Al) and Schilling will probably get lit up like the Olympic flame, and then there's RJ on Sunday. They've had plenty of chances to put the Yankees away all year and now that, along with the defense, it's finally catching up to them.
