  1. "Match # 4-Funaki vs Jobber - Jobber wins in a squash." Obviously the guy wasn't a jobber if he won in a squash. People and their match result writing.
  2. I'm 25 and they wouldn't let me into London Raceway last fall because I forgot valid photo ID (which is rare of me to not have handy). Hooray for youthfulness.
  3. It's Canadian shipping.
  4. I was surprised to see Iron Mike Sharpe win a match. The shot of an injured HHH barely giving Edge the Pedigree at NYR is perhaps the most obvious zoomed in video edit I've seen WWE do (and I assume it's just from the DVD). I don't see why they bothered since HHH was obviously injured and the announcers put over how the Pedigree wasn't executed well enough to pin Edge, but that's just how they roll.
  5. And to think Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles managed to avoid jail in their season finale last year.
  6. Courtesy wiki: AMC is a cable television network that primarily airs movies. The letters originally stood for American Movie Classics. However, since 2003, the full name has been deemphasized (as is the case for TLC, and formerly TNN) as a result of a major shift in programming. AMC is owned by Rainbow Media Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation, and signed on October 1, 1984. AMC was originally a premium cable channel that aired classic movies during the afternoons and early evenings, largely pre-1950s, in a commercial-free, generally unedited format. It was not uncommon for the channel to host a Marx Brothers marathon, or show such classics as the original Phantom of the Opera. In the early 1990's, the channel shifted to a 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week format. The network has since dramatically changed its programming, shifting from premium to basic cable, emphasizing more recent movies, adding a new logo, with a lowercase a (seen above at right) and using a new slogan: "TV For Movie People." With competitors such as Turner Classic Movies and Fox Movie Channel, AMC changed its format from a classic movie network to a broader movie network, airing movies from the 1970's onwards. The commercial-free format has also been abandoned. AMC airs fewer classic movies than they did years ago.
  7. Here's some pictures of the previously discussed Nintendo cards from the 80s. I'm sure you 80s kids will remember them better with pictures (albeit blurry - sorry, I'm having problems taking pictures of pictures with this camera).
  8. And now JBL apparently does approve of it.
  9. Even JBL doesn't approve of Edge's heeling it up for the title win. I like that.
  10. I didn't like it. I found the animation quality to be below that of the previous movie and don't like made up characters (unless they're named General Sawada). Generations looked ok in the preview but that's about all I've seen.
  11. The Conway thing is kind of funny because I was watching NYR on 24/7 today and Coach referenced the on-air firing of Conway. I wondered what was happening with him, and now I know.
  12. The extended episode idea seems to be an NBC idea to avoid running reruns in May sweeps, not something The Office required. 30 Rock's season ended, so they gave Earl, Office, and Scrubs 40 minutes. Now Earl's season is over, so Office and Scrubs get one hour next week. Then they're done.
  13. I've mentioned it before but everytime I hear this local radio ad that announced "Everyone is bringing their junk to TSM" (Total Scrap Management) I laugh.
  14. Hercules Q. Rockafeller Rock Strongo
  15. I didn't like the lack of delivery on the 2-piece, though. World's Worst Man agrees. Ramis' other two episodes (Benihana Christmas and Safety Training) are also awesome.
  16. Wikipedia, my #1 source for TV news, does say all parties (except a network) agreed to a 7th and final season.
  17. One would assume Karen gets it to remove her character from Scranton.
  18. Dwight's version of The Aristocrats was great.
  19. Good ol Creed.
  20. I was drinking something when Michael told Stanley to get to the back of the bus, had to put it down and barley avoided spitting it out. Then I tried again and Dwight yelled out "YES! FUNTIVITIES!". That was a close call.
  21. Poor Toby. "Thanks, I was planning on wearing a 2 piece today".
  22. Season finale, yes.
  23. 2 year jail sentence? Wonder what's going to happen in Season 3.
