I like the idea of RVD/Cena because we won't have to watch HHH bury RVD in promos and destroy him for most of the match. It's also much more likely that RVD will win than if it was RVD/HHH.

I was about to ask that myself. If Vince hadn't planned to have RVD win the MITB but liked the idea and went it, it's possible that he also likes the idea of RVD winning at ONS2.

This is kind of stupid. It's easy to see that there's a big difference from the John Cena that everyone loved from a few years ago and the John Cena of today. His promo against HHH from a few weeks before WM captured everything wrong with his character right now. HHH chewed him out and made him look like a fool for several minutes, and Cena comes back by telling HHH how much he respects him. Why would ANYONE cheer a character like that?
