How the hell do you figure that? Kerry had to knock one out of the park tonight - he did NOT do that. All he did was manage to stay alive - for now. That's the only "victory" that he can claim. As for doing what he NEEDED to do to WIN the election - he completely failed.

I would agree that no one technically "won" the debate. But that, in a sense, makes Kerry something of a "winner", because this could have been the nail in his coffin that finished him as a candidate. Instead, now he just gets to continue limping forward to a defeat in November.

Is Clone Wars out on DVD yet? I'll say this: after seeing it for the first time on Cartoon Network this weekend, each of those 4 or 5 minute episodes was better than the prequels. The General Grievous lightsaber battle with the half-dozen Jedi was, quite simply, a better lightsaber fight than ANY saber duel Lucas put in the prequels. And I'm not embellishing there. As for the dvds - fuck it. Unless he puts the ORIGINAL versions of the film out on DVD, I refuse to get this. I'll just find someone who can sell me bootlegs of the originals burned onto digital disc.

Saw it this weekend too. I liked it a great deal, but reading the first post of this thread again, I would have to say that I wouldn't qualify this as a "favorite zombie film ever". I think this movie was really served by Pegg and the other creators / writers being long-time zombie fans and totally understanding what makes those films enjoyable, and then incorporating it all wonderfully into their own film.

The line "Get your fat ass back here" still gets me every time.
