Cause some things you just can't live without. And I'm sure the steroids he takes helps ease working out and eating right. Ridiculous. So basically he's saying that he needs more money so he can blow it on crap. I'm sure if you tried (and there's propably many wrestlers that effecively do) you can save your money on your traveling expenses. No, the WWE was just being unfairly stingy with their pocketbooks. I mean, the contract they were offering wasn't nearly enough to keep Buff in new DVDs for his personal travel DVD player!

Unless it's the Thrawn Trilogy, I'm not interested. I really have doubts that anyone - even Spielberg - could create a trilogy that bests that one.

IMO, both Tommy & Kid Rock are easily dirty enough that I can buy either one of them giving it to her. I'm with Youth, though - not that I wish death on her, but if she died nothing in my life would change.

Reminds me of that one scene from "Family Guy". It shows the Road Runner on a road in the desert. Peter runs him right over. Peter: "Did......did I just hit something?" Camera cuts to Wile E. Coyote sitting shotgun. "It's okay, keep driving." BTW, we should really set up a poll to see who we all prefer, Bugs or Daffy. I'm a Daffy mark all the way.

That killed me. It was the look on Christian's face that did it. Nip / Tuck definitely has become one of my favorites. As has MI:5 (aka "Spooks"). Like many others here, I'll give Skin & Tru Calling a shot. Just a quick question about Tru Calling though, for those who have seen the longer preview of the show - is the blonde woman that true tries to help in (what I presume to be) the series opener Hudson Leick of Xena fame?

I'll be damned upset if they don't give him a tribute com Oscar time. Those bastards in the Academy didn't do it for Hemphill, and I'm still bitter.

What about me? VYCE~! is quite the horror mark you know. In fact, this is my favorite month of the year - not just because of Halloween (easily my favorite holiday), but because they trot out all of the old-school horror films. Anyone else watch "The Reptile" and "Plague of Zombies" this past weekend? Hammer fucking OWNED.

U.N. Passes Resolution To Support U.S. in Iraq
Vyce replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Current Events
I'm a moderate democrat who believes that this admistration has put us in a quagmire for many years for the way they have executed this war. You have absolutely NO concept of what a real "quagmire" truly is. And you're not a moderate Democrat. I know many moderate Democrats. The most liberal of them doesn't even prescribe to your sad "Republicans are the root of all evil, Bush is the Great Satan" line of thinking. -
I know you guys are sharp, so I know you realize that was a fake news story I posted. But I think it fairly accurately captures that dimwit's thought process.
-
Yeah it's based on Garrison Kane, he was the second person to go by the name of Weapon X and before that he was a member of the team Six Pack with Cable. The sad thing is, I'm sure you're right about that. Oh, and while I'm no big fan of Jindrack & Cade, I must also agree: Jindrack & Cade > Orton & Batista.

Dastardly. Just dastardly.

Parents and Husband battle for woman's life over
Vyce replied to Jobber of the Week's topic in Current Events
Just saw on FAUX that Jeb Bush has ordered the tube to be put back in. I'm sure that will inspire a fresh round of controversy, perhaps in this thread as well, but I applaud his actions, if for no other reason than it's an awful way to die - even if she is supposed to be in a vegetative state. -

Jingus, that was something I took issue with. I'm not saying this guy has some sort of ulterior motive, as has been suggested by some who oppose him. All I'm saying is, if there is no documented evidence that this is something she wanted - as in a living will - if they're just basing this decision on the husband's word that this is what she wanted - than it shouldn't be done. As it is, it shouldn't be done until they can figure out a more humane way of doing this outside of starving her to death. -
Not just Breer (the Last Razor Eater), but Mammoulian (the Last European) was a pretty impressive villain as well. Dark, terriffying, and yet flawed and vulnerable.

I think Marney was reacting more to ITDZ's woefully cliche kneejerk "They've taken all our freedoms away, the Bill of Rights is dead!" reaction than defending the Patriot Act itself, Jobber. I still think this kid should get some sort of punishment, as he DID violate the law, even if his intentions were, I suppose, benevolent. Frankly, what scares me is that you hear so many of these damn stories - usually from reporters who purposefully sneak things past security to show it can be done.

You know what annoys me about him, Mike? If those polls were in the slightest negative, he seems like the type of guy to be all over them, using them as an indictment of America. But they aren't, so he ignores them.

U.N. Passes Resolution To Support U.S. in Iraq
Vyce replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Current Events
like you right-wingers are making any better points. Oh, I think Mike & Powerplay are doing fairly well. At least against the likes of those such as you. Thank you for endorsing me. My poll numbers are actually up. If I can convince Sharpton to drop out and then become my running mate, I'll have the election locked down. VYCE FOR AMERICA!!!! -
NPR Ombudsman still getting flak from OReilly bit

U.N. Passes Resolution To Support U.S. in Iraq
Vyce replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Current Events
Somebody get Jobber into this discussion. Your fellow left-wingers here aren't representing the cause so well. -
Ah yes, America is the bad guy. I haven't heard THAT one before. Never mind the fact that we've done more for human rights and to make the world a better place in the last 10 years or so than 99% (maybe even a higher percentage) of the Muslim countries young croweater here is so fond of have in the past CENTURY. We're all imperialist bastards, that's what we are!

Oh, it would still be around. It would just have a lot less money and power. Yes, of course, you've figured us out. We're that selfish and self-absorbed. Your ignorance frightens me, but I suppose this remark of yours is slightly better than the usual standard line I hear from individuals such as yourself, who usually claim that we "deserved" 9/11. Truth is, perhaps we would not have had quite such a personal reaction if Tokyo or Toronto had been hit, but to say we wouldn't have cared is worse than naive, it's pure idiocy. If those two countries had been hit, who would likely be leading the fight - with military force, if necessary - against the perpetrators? America. Things aren't nowhere near as bad as you hope them to be. I'm sure Mike will have something witty to say about your comments, though, and I await that eagerly. They are good at organizing humanitarian aid, and.... ....oh wait, you mean great OVERALL. There we will have to disagree. No, it's more like we don't like the duplicity of an organization - and its member nations - that grants us the power to perform an act such as eliminate Saddam (which the U.N. DID do - I hope you're bright enough to realize that, they DID pass resolutions) and then fails utterly to execute their own regulations when it is required. America's likely just a bit tired of carrying the weight of the U.N. for very little in return. -
He was never one of my absolute favorites, but a part of me will miss him - he was still an important part of the business back when I first got heavily interested in wrestling back in the early 90s. I feel bad for his family as well. If this is drug related - not from present use, but perhaps from past indiscretions - it does make one wonder how many people are going to have to die before they reach their 50th birthday before someone somewhere cuts down on the worst of the drug abuse.

Only way I mark for this angle is if they immediately have them all start stalking Ernest Miller. It'll be 2000 all over again!

I'm a King fan, but with all due respect, King won't get the love Tolkien gets after he dies because frankly the Dark Tower series is not now nor will it ever better than LOTR, or Tolkien's work in total. If you're a huge Dark Tower fan, though, be careful in your critique of Tolkien's masterpiece - it's Kings greatest inspiration for Dark Tower. At least HE seems to think there's something special about the adventures of Frodo. Herbert doesn't trump Tolkien either. Herbert actually gives me a headache......or maybe that's just from the original Dune movie......

Clark > Dean. Of course, Sharpton > everyone else.
