It's not just about one factor. Crowd heat / reaction does play a factor with Dames, it's just not the primary factor. I'd say with Dames the primary factor is match quality, and with Keith its crowd reaction, but neither is THE be-all end-all factor for either man. Remember, though, that "match quality" entails more than just guys having Bret-Hart-in-his-prime stats - I'm currently getting a steady stream of 3 or 4 star matches out of Dames with my Scott Steiner / Tommy Dreamer tag team because I've played the strengths of both men (brawling) by booking them against primarily other brawlers.

Just my word of advice - after you read Silence of the Lambs, just quit. Don't read Hannibal - IMO, it's the worst of the series, and what becomes of Clarice is enough to taint the entire book. Go out on top with Silence.

Is anyone surprised by this? Cena has pretty much already leapfrogged over Eddie Guerrero at this point. Jumping ahead of Benoit is the next logical step. I don't mind Cena, I actually kind of dig him, but if they're planning Cena / Lesnar II already, they're shooting their wad too early (which wouldn't be surprising). I'm still of the opinion that they should feud Cena with Big Show (or, as someone theorized here, with McMahon), maybe have him win the U.S. title, and by then, he may be ready for another shot at the main event. Till then, go with Lesnar / Benoit.

Dustin probably will come out of this okay, as it is likely NWA will hire him (I don't see why they wouldn't) and give him a decent push, but this is rather distressing news, if for no other reason than the WWE (surprise, surprise) really failed to realize the potential for him. A little under a year ago, Dustin & Booker T were (arguably) two of the most over guys on RAW, but jobbing them out to the heatless team of Regal & Storm as well as Dustin's subsequent treatment pretty killed the usefulness of the Goldust character. Yet another failed opportunity for the WWE.

The steps the Court took to interpret the necessary & proper clause in both McCulloch and the various administrative agency cases (of the late 1800s) is NOTHING compared to the cartwheels and gymnastics the Court took to establish abortion rights under the right of privacy in Roe. Your administrative agency example isn't the best to use, either, given the history of the non-delegation doctrine.

Mike's analysis of Roe v. Wade is correct. The "right of privacy" is not one of the enumerated powers found in the Constitution - it's a legal fiction that the Court has read into the Constitution as being an "implied" power. But it doesn't exist there on its own.

Bentley Little has really come on strong for the horror genre. I'd like to say that I just finished the works of Herman Melville or read the Great Gatsby for the 20th time, but the last book I read was "Star Wars: Tales From the Empire." It was decent. I dug the Zahn / Stackpole novella.

Listen to your peers, they've listed some great games. Advance Wars / Advance Wars 2 are fantastic strategy games. I'm also currently enjoying the hell out of Fire Emblem. Final Fantasy Tactics is good, as is Tactics Ogre, and if you're into RPGs the Golden Sun & Breath of Fire series is entertaining. King of Fighters EX - Howling Blood (Iori RULES) and Guilty Gear are both good fighters. For platformers, I suggest Metroid Fusion and the Castlevania games.
