This game is pretty much over. Its ashame you got to wait 2 1/2 hours for the Eagles/Panthers.
-
I guess not. 2 points. 15-0 and he still doesnt have a punt
-
Why not, out of curiosity? The Baltimore/history thing? something like that, yeah..
-
I didnt wanna see the Colts win so this is good.
-
Cogratulations. You win the prize.
-
Maybe its the Capitals...and they can take the Wizards with them.
-
The only thing I don't like is that every team that plays SHIT is gonna win 8-0, but I shouldn't argue since my matchup is week 19 (first week of March..) Plus I have #2 waiver priority. Yippee.

The Hampton Roads area has about 700,000 people and is within a close distance to Richmond and another 500,000 people. There are more people in the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area than in: New Orleans - Football, Basketball Memphis - Basketball Buffalo - Football, Hockey Jacksonville - Football So I think they could support a baseball team, especially if you count people from the Richmond area. I imagine they would get a lot of traveling fans from that area since it would be the only Pro Sport in Virginia.

I saw an article that said that the decision of where the team would be relocated to would be made by the all star break this year with the intent of the team playing in that city next year. If I had to guess, I'd say Las Vegas or Portland. Both would need domed stadiums. And I think Peter Angelos would have a similar problem with a team in Hampton Roads as he does with a team in DC. I live about as close to Hampton Roads as I do Baltimore, although to make it a shorter trip I have to go over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel which costs $10 both ways, where as going to an O's game costs $2.50 coming home over the Bay Bridge.

I needed to squash someone..bonus points for it being the #1 team in the league.

I liked it when Flair would flip over the turnbuckle, run down the apron, and go up top only to get thrown off. It always seems to weird to see Flair actually get in a move off the top though.

Jerry Springer isn't cool any more?!!! -
You know its odd cause I call the "WWE" WWE, and I've made it such a posting habit that I actually refer to it as that when I talk. I even made a logo...taking the old scratch logo and adding a subtle lower case E behind the F.

If flik started Joe Johnson, hes happy: 26 points and 7 Ast. As for my team..Camby had 19 Rebounds..and 8 points. whoa.

the tag line "Whoever wins, we lose" is catchy. Is it gonna be anything like the Games or are they ignoring those?
-
I forgot it was on, so I've missed a good deal of its second airing but its on again tomorrow night at 8 and Sunday at 8 and 10:15.

CSI: NY and Law and Order IV

Sitcoms in general are pretty thin as of late. And if you want hours and hours of family matters, full house, etc. all you need to do is be able to watch ABC Family during the afternoon. ABC Family has Full House, Family Matters, Step By Step, basically its TGIF every afternoon *runs of to copyright that slogan* -

For those of you that live in Sports towns.......

I wouldn't have, as I doubt any of them would want to talk to me with my YANKEES SUCK T Shirt. Locally we have a minor league baseball team (A ball affiliate of the Os) but I've only talked to a few players, none of whom have made it big yet... and MAX, theres talk of an ECHL team coming here to Delmarva to play in the rickety Civic Center. They've been doing tests to determine whether the Civic Center is big enough for an ice rink (which it should be, theres Disney on Ice there tonight). I was down in Charleston SC and saw the Stingrays play a few games, minor league hockey sounds pretty cool. The only thing that might stop it is the fact that they won't be able to sell alcohol at the games. Major loss of revenue there...(alcohol isn't allowed to be sold on the Civic Center grounds which might be a reason why the WWE has only been here 1 time in the last 9 years. -
Is it me or is the Crime/Drama genre getting worn out? I mean, I enjoy the original CSI and Law and Order, but I really don't like any of the spinoffs of either show. CSI is my 2nd favorite show behind 24, and even with the capability to tape CSI Miami and watch RAW, I still don't do it. I tried watching the first few episodes but I found that the cast isn't nearly as interesting, especially David Caruso who I can't stand. As far as Law and Order goes, its up on my list of shows although I usually miss new eps (this year really sucks compare to past years IMO) but I usually find myself watching reruns of some of the older eps on TNT). Of the 2 spinoffs I like Criminal Intent more than SVU, although not by much.

There are 3 races in California. 2 at California Speedway which is near LA and 1 at Infineon Raceway (a boring road course race) up in the bay area. The races at California Speedway always sell out with over 130,000 people, so much so that they added a 2nd race there this year. I dont know specifically where you live but the 2 major areas have races.
