Doesn't the DVD come in like 2 days?
-
I think... Jim Powers is an okay example. But my number one pick is actually one of my favourites, Alex Wright... He was only as good as his opponents (usually).
-
If WWE did something like this.. I'd totally dig it.. *= If they can appear. *Corino vs Benoit... (15 minutes) Eddie Guerrero vs Malenko.... (25 minutes) Jerry Lynn vs Jericho.... (20 minutes) Mysterio vs Nova(Simon Dean) vs *Psicosis.... (20 minutes) Taz(Tazz) vs Spike... (2 minutes) Rhino(Rhyno) vs RVD.... (12 minutes) Dudley Boyz vs Impact Players(Storm & *Credible).... (10 minutes) *Funk vs Dreamer.... (15 minutes) Guido(Nunzio) vs Tajiri.... (12 minutes) If you could, bring in Chris Chetti and have him face off against Nova.. if you didnt want the three way. If a card something like that is made.. I'll dig it right up.

Reid probably could actually wrestle a match somewhat like Kurt Angle. Of course he probably wouldn't do all that well, but he is supposed to be a very good young amateur wrestler. Better than David Flair.
-
If Rock ever did get a DVD, his skits involving Hurrican (The first 3 or 4) had better be involved.. along with clips from the Battle Royal and the Hurricane/Rock match. I really enjoy that match, and to watch Rock put someone over like Hurricane of all people (not dissing his talents, just the direction of WWE) was something that I enjoyed. That and it can lead too the match where Rock beat Austin at WM.

Yeah, I'm definately saying chase your dreams. Anyone who has a dream, can make it a reality as long as they keep to it. The cash may not be the best, but who cares? You live for your dreams, not just to be rich. To not chase my dreams of becoming a wrestler, would be cheating myself.

Interesting matches we've never seen/heard about

Is that "New York City Rumble" on tape anywhere... I would love to see Owen again, and win a Rumble match. -
No Charlie Haas... Paul London in a dark Match? That means, no Velocity this week.. and I'll probably just tune into Rey vs Eddie.
-
I forgot to add.. even if it isnt with WWE... would you plan on wrestling elsewhere?
-
Yeah... Pretty much what the topic says. There's probably a few of these threads, but what will another one hurt. Do any of you still have a dream to wrestle in the WWE(WWF).. If you do, what would you gimmick plans, entrance music, wrestling style be... before WWE Screwed you around lol... Just want to get some ideas floating around. After I hear a few people's I'll post my own.
-
Oh wow.. I changed my mind.. because we all know following the great buyrate of the Jim Ross/King vs Coach/Al Snow match... that get this.. Hassan /Daivari vs King/Jim FUCKING Ross would sell even better. So there is your new match for the PPV... Hassan and Daivari vs Ross and King.. and we all know who WWE will let win.. fuck me.

Which former WCW really benefited from going to

Yah DDP got screwed badly. The angle with the Undertaker, while bad, could of worked, but we all know what happened there at Summerslam... Does anyone remember that cage match? Kanyon got in some offense, I think DDP hit like 3 punches the whole match. Fuckin' terrible. -
didn't something happen off camera between Alex Wright and Ultimo Dragon or Alex Wright and Chris Jericho back in mid 1997. I remember reading somewhere... Maybe it was just matches taped before Wright won the title, on Saturday Night when he(Wright) was champion, but they would only show from the waist up cuz he didnt have the Title at that point.
-
Haas/Benjamin vs Mysterio/Kidman was probably my MOTY for last year.
-
I'm thinking Hassan will face Jerry Lawler at the PPV possibly..
-
Yah Jannetty's is funny as hell. Loved it.
-
Well you jobbed out my 3 favourite wrestlers on the RAW Roster lol. Christian lost to Hurricane, which is fine I guess. But Benoit and Jericho going out first and second in the Elimination Chamber, just bites.

Dream Matches in the WWE (or wrestling in general)
natey2k4 replied to zyn081's topic in The WWE Folder
A dream match to me would definately be... 15+ Minute match between Chris Benoit and Charlie Haas.. I'd literally cream my pants for that match, thats a dream match for me. -
Yeah I already had the Bloodbath and Shawn Michaels DVDs. I wish I had of gotten there before they sold all of the Mick Foley ones. Damn. Yeah, Zellers in Kingston, Ont. Canada.. Chad.
-
Thats the thing though ma man... they weren't pre-used.. all were brand new, just the store obviously didnt want them anymore. They had Bloodbath and From The Vault: Shawn Michaels there as well for $12... they obviously just wanted to rid of the old Wrestling DVDs.
-
Well I bought 9, and then bought the 10 which was No Mercy from this year. I solely bought No Mercy for Paul London. I have only seen Bad Blood 2004.. so any comments/remarks on the other 9 DVD's would be greatly appreciated. These are the titles I got. No Mercy was $20 CDN by itself.. The other 9 cost me $94 CDN... so take a look Bad Blood 2004 Bad Blood 2003 Rebellion 2002 Armageddon 2003 Vengeance 2002 Judgement Day 2004 Unforgiven 2003 Divas Desert Heat Undertaker (He Buries Them Alive) I thought the prices for these DVD's was unbeatable.. whether or not I'll enjoy all the PPV's is another thing.
-
Angle won't pull double duty because he is in the World Title Match... If you have a shot at the World Title, you won't be in the Rumble.. plain and simple.
-
1) Shawn Micheals vs Triple H vs Chris Benoit (WM XX, Backlash following as well) 2) Randy Orton vs Val Venis (Heat, Orton = IC Champ at the time) 3) Chris Beniot vs Shawn Michaels (Showdown in the Desert) 4) Christian vs Y2J (WM XX, Unforigven, Ladder Match as well) 5) Paul London vs Billy Kidman (No Mercy, Velocity match as well) 6) Chris Benoit vs Randy Orton (Summerslam, Raw following as well) 7) Eddie Guerrero vs Kurt Angle (WM XX) 8) Chris Beniot vs Kane (Bad Blood, Raw following as well) 9) Charlie Haas vs Kurt Angle (Smackdown, Angle's first match back) 10) Paul London/Billy Kidman vs The Dudleyz (Tag Title Change... I marked out like a little kid again!!) Honourable Mentions London vs Moore, London vs Noble, London vs Akio.... hold that.. any London match from Velocity gets on the honourable mention list as well.
