IMO, Sherk lost because of BJ Penn's vicious left jab.(Well among just being outclassed in general) It turned a would-be aggressor into a second-guessing counter puncher that had to stand around and wait for an oppurtunity, which never came. Anytime Sherk thought about being the aggressor, BJ put his left fist into Sherk's face and kept him at a safe distance. That's the thing about BJ Penn, he is just an all around elite fighter in most areas of the game and when he is motivated and follows through on his training regimen it shows.

Jardine got fucked, devastating loss or not, $10,000? Come the fuck on Dana.

Bo Cantrell possibly, I mean I swear it looked like he got punched in the shoulder and then tapped out ON THE WAY to the ground, but Tank Abbott? No. That dude just got KTFO clearly.

I admittingly haven't haven't played it nearly as much as I thought I was going to(time issues, slow methodical borderline bland start to the game, among other reasons), but yesterday I was at my brother-in-law's apartment and his roomate was playing it and there was this kick-ass mission where it started in some warehouse on the beach and you walk up having to snipe some guys, then take out a bunch of guys in the warehouse, then chase the guy on a dirtbike (while he is escaping in a boat) and then you have to go off a jump and into a helicopter.......This might be the same mission Ripper was eluding to earlier in this thread but I am not sure.... How far into the game is this, and do missions start looking like this more regularly, I mean damn that looked a lot cooler then ANYTHING I have done thus far......

Yeah I think I was generally regarded as the "go-to guy" for wrestling questions/information in jr. high and highschool. These asian kids looked at me as a god once because I came to school wearing an ECW shirt....lol.

Why was this thread un-pinned?

Makes more sense then Bob Barr considering Barr's past doesn't really say "libertarian" unless he has changed drastically on social issues.

EDIT: Nevermind.

So gas at the CHEAP stations here is about $3.94, but most places have cracked $4.00.

Steak Cheese Diced Tomato Shredded Lettuce Sour Cream Guacamole Diced Onion Diced Peppers Salsa Fresca Any hot sauce you request It is da bomb!!! Here is a pic of an example although this is from a different place....but you get the idea...

The blonde chick and the stripper chick are the biggest hypocrites on the show. The blonde girl roommate was hooking up with blonde guy roommate from the get-go because she thought he was cute, yet any OTHER woman he brings home is automatically a "skank" or a "whore" for basically doing the same thing. And then the stripper chick is doing the same thing with that night-club manager guy yet is out there making fun of women that other guys bring home. The brown-haired chick(sarah?) is not as much of a hypocrite but she seems to do things based on "religious upbringing" which is fine, but at the same time she has to realize that going on a "reality" show with people that have different upbringings and backgrounds, they aren't going to see things the way she does in every instance, especially when it comes to sex and relationships. And also, I forgot the exact place, but she went to a pretty mainstream college so you'd think she'd have been exposed to this type of behavior a lot by now, unless she either still lived at home while attending, or was in some type of religious sorority. It just annoys me that anytime someone isn't behaving up to her "moral standards" she is on the phone with her parents bitching about other adults. Everyone in this season has serious personality issues except that one guy with the dreads, but even he kind of turned me off at the beginning by pursuing Sarah(I think that is her name) although the editing made it seem like Sarah might have been interested at that time so maybe I am overreacting. Oh and that girl that Will "stole" from Greg was not even hot to begin with, if anything Greg should THANK Will for getting her away...

It seems the only "change" that McCain is bringing to the table is the changing of his stance on issue after issue.....

Also with Hybrids, I think we need enough of them to be in circulation for a used hybrid vehicle market to be created. Most people I know don't buy new cars because they can't afford them. They buy used cars in good condition.(well, relatively) Right now I doubt there is nearly enough for this to happen.

Isn't opening ANWR itself, a short term solution, and wouldn't be a good amount of time before any of that oil is ready for consumers? If the "Peak Oil" crowd is correct about the amount of oil left, then the "seek & drill" is really the short term solution in itself. Not only that, but the oil companies themselves know this, but would rather be able to gouge the consumer till the final drop, instead of putting in other types of fuel now. Honestly, I am not sure. I mean I care about the enviornment but I wouldn't be opposed to opening up ANWR if it was more then a band-aid, but what is the point if say 10-20 years from now we are right back into the same situation. It seems like the pro-drilling crowd along with our honorary spokesman Glenn Beck are CONVINCED that opening up ANWR is somehow THE solution, and quite frankly, I just want to know exactly what kind of supply is there and what kind of guarantee there is that it is going to effect gas prices more then 10-20 cents.(if that).

My gym is right down the street from Arco Arena where WEC is gonna be held on the 1st, I wonder if any fighters will be working out there any times next week leading up to the show. It is a huge brand new Cal Family Fitness facility...... -
Was hitting the pot hole itself what caused the accident, and your overreaction made it worse, or was it your reaction to hitting the pot hole that caused the accident?

I am gonna go with Garlic bread because I really haven't had any brand of Garlic bread I haven't liked, while French fries can be downright gross if you get them from the wrong place. On a sidenote: I love me some sweet potato fries, the bbq place by my house makes some to die for.

Was "The Humpty Dance" 90's? If you can get a hold of the original episodes of MTV's The Real World, the first five or so seasons, they have some classic 90's soundtracks playing in the backgrounds of the show.

Scientists: Same sex couples found in nature.

I also have trouble understanding the viewpoint of such "culture warriors" like Michael Savage and O'Reily, who are just up in arms about this. On one hand they rant and rave about the "homosexual promiscuous lifestyle"(whatever the fuck that means) then when these people show that they actually want to settle down and get married like everyone else, these two are even more outraged about "homosexuality becoming the norm, and next you can marry your dog" -

I never understood the ".....founded on Christian Values...." argument, because that would imply that the "values" from that time period, which include a lot of ugly things used in the name of "Christianity", should still be in place. I always viewed our society as an ever evolving culture, that strives to keep the good things going and over time discover what should be changed, and well, change it. -

Not sure if this has been mentioned in this thread(or anywhere else for that matter) but ESPN.com has the premiere episode of "MMA Live" available to watch on their website. Does anyone know if this is an online only show or this actually airs on ESPN, if so when? Ok I got some more information on the show from bloodyelbow.com http://www.bloodyelbow.com/stories/4 I guess Dana White was trying to push for the show to be UFC-only, and if not he threatened to not allow UFC footage or any of their fighters to participate. Fucking D-White. You can go to espn.com or to the link above to watch the debut Webisode. -
I want to know what McCain's "expansion of the private market" means when he talks about Health Care and how it would bring costs I mean really, just what in the fuck is he talking about, because they way it seems is that the private(and for profit) system we have in place for health care is precisely the reason we are where we are in the health care crisis.
