The thing about the Katie/Veronica thing is, Katie does indeed suck, but then again everything Katie says about Veronica being a slut is pretty much spot on, so they both have gripes. As far as Coral goes, she is a manipulator plain and simple. Real World planned from Day 1 to make sure Katie stayed on the RR team so they could always have a chance in missions, so Coral's turn comes up and she wants to change the agreement. Hilarious.

well you also have to look at what the media defines as what. Everyone's definition of liberal/conservative is different. Also, I consider myself a liberal and could point to just as many things that I feel aren't being covered by the media in order to fit my liberal agenda. Just like a conservative could do. The media is just a machine for the republican & democrat clubhouse. The media is corporate over any political affiliation.

I hate the Lakers, but even I admit that often times the Lakers do lose games like these because they just don't care. When they think they have it in the bag they will run on empty. Not saying the T-wolves don't deserve credit for capitalizing on it, but seriously, a buckled down Lakers team isn't going to get blown out like this at home. It just won't happen. However I do see the Lakers playing a "we don't care enough just yet" one more time in this series.......Lakers in 6.(hope I am wrong, go Wolves).

the problem with today's music acts is that they aren't even good enough to be rewarded with the rage of "you sold out" Korn, Limp Bizkit etc....were never that great in the first place. Some of the major sell-out artists in the history of music I'd say were Jefferson Airplane and Metallica.

I thought Beavis & Butthead Do America was a lot more "smart-funny" then a lot of the animated movies in recent years. My main beef with animated movies that try to be over the top funny is that they feature a LOT of recycled comedic material. Like the commercials for Finding Nemo were decent but it would always end with some random fish doing the old David Spade routine, where he would say, "he was like whoa, then she was like where, then he was like ooooooh.......etc etc etc" That just killed it for me. In almost EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE ANIMATED MOVIES, you can find at least 3-5 bits that are complete ripoffs of past comedians, and no they aren't "paying homage" or anything like that.

I pretty much agree with Ripper points. Also, when it comes to slang, I don't really see anything wrong with anyone's slang, to me it has more to do with being able to hit an on/ff switch with your slang. Friends/family etc......slang is perfectly acceptable. I mean I do a LOT of casual cussing when I am talking to my friends, but somewhere along the line of being raised, it was engrained in me how to turn on and off slang when it matters the most. No way will I go into a job interview and speak the way I do with my friends.

Would be nice to see McCain just leave the republican party and become and independent. It is election year, so you know anyone on either side of the two-party towers that DARES voice some concern or double checking on the majority decision is going to get lashed out against.
