The main reason I never buy boxing ppvs, is because of the chance of 1-3rd round knockouts. I don't care who the fighters are. It is not worth $50 to see 3 rounds of boxing.(not counting the undercard).

Wow, as a diehard kings fan(and and still on a nice beer buzz), I must say, I am just so dissapointed with this team. Not mad, but dissapointed. My feelings are mixed, I mean on one hand, I can look at the series and say the Kings should have won but their FT shooting was shit all series long. On the otherhand, I can say, well it is not like the Kings were 100%, I mean no Bobby Jackson and a one-legged Webber. However, I am not really gonna make excuses. The Kings missed far too many open shots, and playing one good half of basketball is not gonna get it done in the playoffs. When you have a crippled team, that somehow is still good enough to make every game a close one, it hurts that much more. Dissapointed is what I am. Congrats T-Wolves. You are going to the Western Conference Finals. I sincerely hope you bring your A game vs. the Lakers. I am not that confident in the Timberwolves chances against the Lakers, simply for the fact that matchups look to leave Minnesota in trouble all over, but fuck it, please T-Wolves, pleaaaaaaaase, beat the Lakers. *wipes brow, cracks open another beer, and calmly retires Peja jersey for the summer*

in the NFL I'd have to say the Washington Redskins have had the biggest free fall over the last ten years. They weren't just a good team, but a threat to go all the way through most years in the 80's and the first couple of years of the 90's(including when they actually did win it all). They were basically how the Eagles are NOW, but instead, the Skins actually won the Trophy 3 times. I think in the NFL, too many teams are overdoing it when it comes to the offseason. A lot of teams are getting good because they go after the bluecollar hard workers, and try and limit the star players to just a few. If it wasn't for Joe Gibbs, I'd almost have to write this past offseason for the Skins off as another attempt at buying back credibility, but quite frankly, Joe Gibbs will make all the difference. If Gibbs had been the coach the past five years, I can almost guarantee some of those 8-8 seasons, would have been at least 10-6 years with playoff appearances, especially due to the nature in how some of those games were lost.

At first I thought it was a one-time thing for the Liddell/Ortiz fight, but that same billboard now has the Shamrock/Kimo ad plastered on. shit, two out of the four first round exits by the A's can almost soley be attributed to shitty umpiring calls(even though the A's choked and couldn't win the 5th games) First that amazing relay by Jeter to get out Jeremy Giambi. When you watch the replay he was clearly safe, but it was sort of Jeremy's fault for not sliding causing the play to look a lot closer. Then last year, when the 3rd base umpire awarded Tejada Home plate, and then changes his mind later cause Tejada didn't jog to home plate to his liking.
