Even the Goddesses mess up.

Like the time when Manami Toyota a few years back went to grab her opponent for her infamous infinite roll...only to completely miss her opponent. A real bad miss. I mean Minami flipped completely over her and landed on her own back without even touching her opponent! Trish Stratus made more contact with Jackie Gayda on the bulldog than Toyota did. It was supposed to be a famous match too.

This is a small one, but funny. I'm surprised no one reported on it.

Two weeks ago, Molly accidentally put a struggling Trish in the position for a tombstone piledriver, a move that was definitely not planned. The Raw TV audience can hear a very audible "Oh shit!" by some woman, probably one of the two, probably from the audience, before Molly adjusted one more time to a relatively sloppy shoulderbreaker.

Nevermortal mentioned it already, but I think it will be hard for anything to top Steiner's Superman Dive of Doom :P

Test getting his foot caught in the ropes during his match with Guerrero (at WM 18?). At least Eddie had the sense to work the leg afterwards.

Does anyone have the Trish/gayda bulldog fuck up?

HBK's blown dive onto HHH on RAW last year before SummerSlam.

He's lucky he didn't break his neck on the ring apron when his foot snagged the top rope...

Actually, I think that was a planned snag- to make it seem that maybe HBK just didn't have it anymore.

Anyone remember when Shamrock clotheslined himself with the top rope? HBK threw him to the ropes, and I have no idea how you fuck this up, but when Shamrock hit the ropes he was too low and the top rope clotheslined him. HBK was being an ass during the match because he was carrying Shamrock but when that happen HBK had a look on his face like "you gotta be kidding me?"

There is quite a few Shamrock ones.

Jeff Hardy Vs. X-Pac, KOTR 2001.

X-Pac wins the match, 1-2-3, the bell is rung.

The ref turns around and notices Jeff's foot was on the rope and has the match continued and Jeff wins. I'm not sure if it was all a work or if the ref clearly made a mistake, but I thought the whole thing was funny as fuck and wanted to even start a "You Screwed Sean!: chant.

Sid shitting his pants during an Undertaker tombstone.

I didn't actually see it, but come on. Imagine it. It's hilarious.

JR: "Undertaker has picked up Sid.....and it's the TOMBSTONE !"

*SLAM*

*plop*

"By gawd, what the hell is that smell ?!"

Ah yes, the annual appearance of the Sid-shitting-himself-in-the-ring story on TSM. I knew it was inevitable.

I'm surprised no one's brought up the Shockmaster's debut yet...

HBK vs Austin, Wrestlemania. After Austin pins HBK, Shawn gets in the face of Tyson and Tyson slugs him....and then the fun begins

When they cut to the close up of HBK, his eyes are open and he's chewing gum. Then he notices the camera is on him and gets a wide eyed look then quickly closes his eyes, stops chewing gum and rubs his jaw while JR screams about him being knocked unconscious.

Still funny to this day for me.

I always have to mention Tes vs Taker at a house show I went to. Taker has Test up for the tombstone and either the planned spot was for Test to reverse it into his own or Taker just lost him because they slowly started falling back. No problem, all Test has to do is plant his feet and roll through with Taker into a tombstone of his own. Or hell, they were going so slow, Taker coulda just turned and slammed him. But instead they very very slowly fell onto the mat in the 69 position with Taker screaming "Mother...FUCKKKKK" In general, it made the Steiner/HHH feud seem like a manly feud with no gay overtones what so ever.

1. Vince Russo tells Goldberg that he has to redo his entire winning streak by Starcade if he's going to get a title shot. Goldberg agrees that he can do this, the problem being that to accomplish that he would have needed to win several matches per day.

2. Shawn Michaels repeatedly botches the finish to the Summerslam '95 ladder match as Scott Hall does everything he can to make it appear that he can't get back in the ring.

3. Not really a botch... but on an old Coliseum Video, there was a Hulk Hogan Vs. Typhoon match. As Hogan entered the ring he ripped off his shirt and threw it into the crowd where some guy caught it and started celebrating. All of a sudden... boom, the guy behind him hits him over the head and takes the shirt. The camera quickly cuts away.

4. I can't remember which match, but it was a rather important WCW match (around 2000-2001) where the referee apparently was not instructed on the finish and only counted two before pausing and then the bell proceeded to ring.

5. '97 Slammies, Vader (I think it was him...) was chasing Owen Hart who had given himself a slammy award which Vader felt he should have won, Vader proceeds to fall directly on his face.

6. Kevin Nash returns to the ring and just seconds into it he tears his quad.

7. Raw is Espanol.

Luger debuts in the WWF by coming out of a huge box or something. I dunno, it was that Gooker era of really shitty WWF product.

Heenan has a heart attack over Luger that would make Jim "BAH GAWD WHATTA HOSS" Ross insane with jealousy:

"LOOK AT IT LOOK AT IT LOOKIT OH OH LOOK AT IT OH MY GOD MOST MUSCULAR LOOK AT THAT OH"

*Lex does mantitty dance thing*

"LOOK LOOK LOOK!!!!"

I think the guy wasn't sober or something that day.

Hogan/Sting at Starrcade, where Nick Patrick was to make a fast count.

3 !!!

It turned out to be one of the slowest counts I can remember, and completely fucked up the Hogan/Sting feud, because it made it seem like Hogan not only beat Sting, but beat him to the point where he was practically unconscious.

I liked during Goldberg's streak 2 attempt how he'd win 18 matches a week. Last week he'd be 1-0, know he was 18-0, as if he wrestled 18 house shows. Or, they'd put him in a tag and count that as 2 wins.

How about Goldberg spearing Russo through the cage and Russo hitting his head and getting a concussion when he won the title.

I remember when Test was stuck in the rope at Wrestlemania 17. Eddie Guerrero tried to climb out of the ring and just fell right out. It was a good laugh...

This ain't WWE, but when A.J. did the Styles Clash to Frankie Kazarian, that was just brutal for a botch.

But of course, winner of the botch: Steiners power bomb at the Royal Rumble in 03'.

In retrospect, Bash at The Beach '96 cracks me up based off the Brain's commentary about who the third member of the nWo would be. Mostly because he immediately fingers Hogan as he pops out and the face announcers are all 'Oh will you shut... damn it."

Plus as a bonus, Heenan also is all 'I don't know how I much I trust you Dusty." and then like years later Dusty does join them too.

My stories suck.

Jericho vs The Blood Capsule gets brought up every time one of these topics gets started, but I don't remember it. I have the vast majority of Jericho's WWE work on tape, so I want to look back and laugh.

When was it?

Someone mentioned it on the first page.

I forget what show it was, but it was an ECW PPV where Tommy Dreamer is getting beat on by Rhino and Steve Corino (I think). Raven tries to run in, but doesn't shoot between the bottom and middle ropes correctly and gets tangled up in them.

I don't remember the exact quote or circumstances, but JR says something like "(wrestler's name) tries to handle the Big Johnson" referring to Ahmed Johnson.

Chyna ripping her pants during some 6-man tag.
