Guest Bricks Report post Posted September 1, 2003 Reading that it looks like both HHH and Steph were looking for acting gigs and personally I'm more happy that Steph didn't land any. HHH would just probably be your generic action hero, but Steph, oh God, that would be the end of American film (Slight exxageration... or is it?)
Guest Coffey Report post Posted September 1, 2003 All the people in Hollywood would tell Steph that she is a beast and needs to lose 30 lbs. You know how the people in Hollywood are...
razazteca 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 There's one character that HHH can get a role as... ATOR THE INVINCIBLE! Miles O'Keefe fears HHH! Did'nt MST3K do commentary for one of those movies? I want to see HHH in the hang glider scene.
Vyce 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 Despite the fact that this means no long-term out-of-ring hiatus for HHH, I'm loving this news. Looks like big daddy Vince can't give you EVERYTHING you want, can he, Hunter? All the people in Hollywood would tell Steph that she is a beast and needs to lose 30 lbs. And they would be right. At least about the weight loss.
Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 well gee for a guy who basically said repeatedly that he wasn't gonna be a actor but a wrestler he should be hurt that Hollywood doesn't want him? And what can he do? Big nose Steroid boy at least Arnold had a accent what can HHH do? Conan the massive Nasal passage!
Zetterberg is God 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 I find it funny NASH has gotten more roles then HHH. I still remember his unbelievable performance as Super Shredder in TMNT II.
CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 The losing weight thing is true about Steph, which is sad. But I still don't want to Steph doing any acting jobs. Her voice is annoying and she's not a very good actress.

buffybeast 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 This is fantastic news. While I'd welcome a prolonged absence from both Trips and Steph, I love the fact that they were both put in their respective places. They both suck and can't act.
Guest The Rising Star Report post Posted September 2, 2003 Seems like HHH has to settle with minor roles in TV-series. He has been in Pacific Blue, Drew Carey Show and Mad TV. I liked how CJ's mom in Baywatch scared Shawn Michaels away in one episode. Does anybody remember?

Guest Boo_Bradley Report post Posted September 2, 2003 (edited) Hacksaw Jim Duggan was on Harry and The Henderson's TV show Bushwackers were heels on Family Matters.... Jake Roberts and Vader on Boy Meets World Mean Gene did Miller Lite commercials (With Jesse V and McMahon I think) BTW somewhere over in Kayfabe memories there's a thread about Wrestlers in TV and Cinema and apparently there was a wrestler in the 40's who "retired" and went on to have a decent cinematic career as a "character actor in feature films" . His name escapes me though. Edited September 2, 2003 by Boo_Bradley

MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 HHH sucked on MAD TV and the Rock has been gold the last 2 times he was on SNL.
Guest Korgath Report post Posted September 2, 2003 HHH looks like he's not going to go further than a B-movie actor. Why are they looking in Hollywood, anyway? Wasn't the whole point of WWE Film division to get people like HHH and Kevin Nash roles which no one else would give them?
muzz 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2003 HHH sucked on MAD TV and the Rock has been gold the last 2 times he was on SNL. I was hoping they would put Big Show on SNL after Rock's first appearance... And Austin was quite enjoyable on Nash Bridges, quite enjoyable show all round really. Guest Fook Report post Posted September 2, 2003 Chyna had a recurring role in Third Rock From the Sun. Captain Lou was the star of the greatest show based off a video game ever. Ken Shamrock had a stint on That 70s Show. Lawler was in Man on the Moon. Heyman was in Rollerball (I forget who else was). Goldberg starred alongside Jean Claude Van Damme in the epic picture Universal Soldier 2. But nothing for HHH and Steph.
Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted September 2, 2003 I don't think that anybody has mentioned it yet, but RVD was on City Guys. Heyman was in Rollerball (I forget who else was). I think that Shane McMahon had a cameo in it.
