--Kevin Nash is set to get his requested heel turn as an upcoming bounty hunter for Bill Goldberg. It was probably needed since they are keeping Kane away from Goldberg and the heel side is very thin with HHH gone until mid-November, and only being back a few weeks before leaving again.

Why not use Orton? He should be the one who takes out Goldberg since he is the legend killer.

I didn't care to see Nash vs. Goldberg 5 years ago, and I sure don't want to see it now.

Boy that should be a money making feud huh!!

Bad flashbacks of Starrcade 98.

I thought Nash was going to be out b/c of neck surgery?

Kevin Nash is having some neck problems, and is considering surgery.

His current WWE deal, which had a $700,000 yearly downside, expires in February 2004 and it is not expected that he would get nearly that much in a renewal, even as HHH’s good friend.

Even without neck surgery, Nash’s in ring action is expected to be limited.

Sounds like he's just going to take it slow in the ring. If that is at all possible. Meanwhile they'll push him to the main event. Yeah, that makes sense.

Yeah, 'cause he was sprinting around like a cruiser before... :P

This is actually great. Now I don't have to order another Raw PPV for the rest of the year, probably ever!

The irony in all this is, of course, that Nash destroyed any drawing power Goldberg had in WCW and was directly responsible for the infamous "Fingerpoke of Doom" which was the point of no return for WCW. So, in essence, Goldberg's first opponent will be the man who not only has failed numerous times in the WWE over the past year (including 2 months ago!), but also damaged Goldberg's career the most in WCW. If HHH has nothing to do with this he should take credit immediately because this is a great act of career sabotage.

Nash has been in the movie business for YEARS...

There is nothing good that can come out of Kevin Nash vs Goldberg. For Nash's sake he should have retired with some dignity after Badd Blood.

Nash will carefully hobble down to the ring, carefully hit his signature spots on goldberg...

and Goldberg will hap hazardly spears him which will tear his quad and then Sloppy like Jackhammer's him breaking his neck...

then later we will see pics of Nash recouping with Tiny Legs and a Reed for a neck supporting his big head with use of braces

and the desire video will play...

Its a beautiful day

That whole match should be Nash sneak attacking Goldberg, getting a quick jacknife, Goldberg kicking out at 1, spear, jackhammer, goodnight folks. If it lasts past a minute, the injuries are bound to pile up on Nash's half. Torn quads, broken necks and the Hart Killer super kick all within the span of 2 minutes isn't that much of a stretch with those 2.

At least that match is going with their strengths: being injury prone and injury creating.

:D

I'm laughing hysterically at this entire thread

Make it a 3 way between Steiner, Nash and Goldberg and there's no way that hilarity can't ensue.

That match actually did happen at New Blood Rising in 2000. It featured hardly any Goldberg, and a more able Scott Steiner. I think Kevin Nash was worse back then than he was in his main event push this year. The entire show is pretty funny, I recomend you all hunt it down and rent it (I found it, and many other WCW ppvs, at Movie Scene).

How bout they do a storyline where Nash beats Goldberg due to interference from Scott Hall with the tazer gun. They split the bounty prize. Hall leaves the WWE to spend his $50,000 reward on drugs/alcohol. Nash repeats the fingerpoke of doom angle with HHH the next night on Raw.

Let's see...

Jericho

A very hot over heel with a history with Goldberg and the ability to make him look like a actual worker...

Kane

A presumed Unstopable monster hell bent on a path of rage and a good ratings draw with a Power workrate to accomodate Goldberg and can work a power match...

Scott Steiner

A good heel when unleashed and offense suits him well as the heel and likely will draw good heat, also one of the few men to beat Goldberg and actually gave Goldberg his best match that wasn't carefully scripted to each precise movement (DDP HH98)...

Randy Orton

The supposed future of wrestling, Triple H's Protege of sorts with a Legend Killer gimmick...

Ric Flair

The dirtest player in the game, 16 time world champion...

and then we got

Kevin Nash.

Peg Legged Injury Prone Ratings Killing workrate devoid tall sackless enemy to all turtles...

Yeah, I can see why they are losing money...
