Brett Favre Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Too bad he helped two young guys who absolutely suck. Now if he woulda helped Paul London..
buffybeast Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Neither Randy or Batista are terrible. They both have excellent looks. Batista is a big power house and Randy is super charismatic.
haVoc Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Batista isn't as bad as everyone says he is.
Guest webmasterofwrestlegame Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 I also can't help but think people give them the 'guilty by association' tag as they are alligned with HHH.
Guest CommaderK9 Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 They definately have potential, they just need time and experience. However, I don't think that being with HHH is the way to getting over right now.
Steviekick Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Batista isn't as bad as everyone says he is. Randy > Batista

That Ric Flair guy is gonna be a superstar someday, bah gawd...
Guest CommaderK9 Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 I definately agree with that.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Who is this Ric Flair guy.....? Is he another OVW Hoss? Man It's great that HHH is helping make him a star

That Ric Flair guy is gonna be a superstar someday, bah gawd... Flair will never be a star. He's too small. He blows spots. His chops are weak next to Benoit's and he hasn't learned how to take a flat back bump. (Things that would be said if Ric Flair was a young rookie today)
Adam Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Flairs gimmick is such a rip off of Triple H's, he's like Mini-me.
OldSchoolWrestling Posted November 20, 2003 Author Report Posted November 20, 2003 If Flair's dad wasn't Buddy Rogers he wouldn't even have a job today.
TheFranchise Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Guys... dont turn this into another Vince McMahons ladder legdrop thread...
2GOLD Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Randy Orton has the charisma of Mark Henry and he gets about the same reaction. Orton is a black hole. Batista may be horrible but I did like his look when he was in OVW. He seems like he might have an upside while Randy seems like he would have never made it this far if his last name wasn't Orton.
AndrewTS Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 They definately have potential, they just need time and experience. Sure they do...even so, doesn't mean they should be pushed to main eventerdom as early as next year like they want to. Neither Randy or Batista are terrible. They both have excellent looks. OOOOOH!! WOW!! WHOOPIE!!
Silence Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Cade & Jindrak > Orton & Batista Spanky and Paul London > Cade, Jindrak, Batista, and Orton
Guest Anglesault Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 Batista isn't as bad as everyone says he is. Randy > Batista Batista is MUCH better than Suckbag.
Jack_Bauer Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 This Thread > Suckbag. Nah, seriously, I'm one of the minority that likes Orton and wants to see him go over.

(Things that would be said if Ric Flair was a young rookie today) Except if Flair was a YOUNG rookie he would still move like he used to. Flair was pretty fast back in the day. Just look at his matches with Steamboat and he could get around that ring pretty well and could do more moves.
Guest Ray Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 I'd like to see Kurt Angle move to Raw and job clean to Suckbag. Oh, I can just imagine the reaction around these parts...
Jack_Bauer Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 I'd like to see Kurt Angle move to Raw and job clean to Suckbag. Oh, I can just imagine the reaction around these parts... The thread would go for about 10 pages.
LaParkaYourCar Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 Seeing as it would be completely pointless we would have every reason to be upset.
razazteca Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 Cade & Jindrak > Orton & Batista Spanky and Paul London > Cade, Jindrak, Batista, and Orton True, but they are on the other show.
LaParkaYourCar Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 As far as Orton and Batista. Batista may cut a good promo, but as of now he's a one move guy. He's messed his Spinebuster up a lot lately and that basically leaves him with a Sitout Powerbomb, but even Matt Morgan does a better one than Batista. Orton is alright, but other than the RKO his ring work isn't exactly setting the world on fire and his promos are annoying after awhile.
Guest Anglesault Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 I'd like to see Kurt Angle move to Raw and job clean to Suckbag. Oh, I can just imagine the reaction around these parts... That's exactly what will happen if Angle ever goes to Raw. Orton is not over. Never was, never will be. The fans have given their final answer: They simply don't care. But since Orton has the HHH stamp of approval, they will continue the push, putting him over faces in a failed attempt to get Randy to absorb their heat or something to that affect. If Angle goes to raw, he jobs to Suckbag within the month.
cabbageboy Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 I think HHH is actually sincere about wanting to help a couple of young guys.....he just won't help out the guys who are teetering on the brink of the main event.
LooseCannon25 Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 Batista is not that bad at all......And Orton could be tolerable with time. Some of you guys hate everybody just because they come from OVW. There ARE talented guys that come from there. God forbid it's not a name from the indies that everyone creams over, meanwhile they've never seen them work.
Brett Favre Posted November 21, 2003 Report Posted November 21, 2003 If Angle goes to raw, he jobs to Suckbag within the month. Within a month? Why wait that long?
