The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 With every report that comes out I begin to care less and less about WrestleMania XX.
CanadianChick 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 Well, if that happens, than Orton won't be in a World Title match. Even though if they are planning on pushing Randy to the moon, why doesn't he just face Foley or Rock in a singles match and win?

Mystery Eskimo 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 That tag match just screams Raw main event. Rock-Orton would be much better, for the point of view of getting Randy over and Rocky might squeeze a semi-decent match out of him.

Rock-Orton would be much better, for the point of view of getting Randy over and Rocky might squeeze a semi-decent match out of him. What hasn't been done to get Randy over? They have been trying for months, it's not working. And this match just sounds like a RAW main, not Wrestlemania. This show is really sounding more and more like it's going to be five hours of craptastic action.
tommytomlin 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 I don't have a problem with it. Neither Rock nor Foley deserve a singles match because they're barely part-timers, and if it ruins the plans for Orton/HHH then thank the good lord. Rock and Sock reuniting would be sweet. Styles 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 I've heard Rock/Foley/Austin vs. Orton/Batista/Flair. I don't know, that could be damn entertaining. With all the "past" stars in one match and the interactions with Flair especially.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Report post Posted December 24, 2003 Might be all right. Maybe better if they made it a street fight.

King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 So much for the "God Push" everybody's bitching about. Yeah, some God Push when he doesn't hold a clean win over anyone more important than Rob Van Dam, and he doesn't even have definate plans for Wrestlemania. Austin3164life 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 If it means that Rock and Foley don't take up time for singles, and neither do Orton and Batista, they can "kill four birds with one stone". Orton and Batista can get over without having their own matches, and Rock and Foley can have their moment.

I guess Vince heard the pop for Foley/Rock on Raw a few weeks back, and thought it'd be a good Wrestlemania treat. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if they stick with HHH vs Orton, and make it Batista/Flair vs Rock n' Sock for the Belts.

Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2003 and I dont think Orton was ever on Heat. You would be correct, I'm pretty sure he was just a SD jobber / Velocity star before he suddenly showed up on RAW the day after the RR to help beat down Steiner and form Evolution
Guest THE MIGHTY THOR Report post Posted December 25, 2003 For one night only Rock/Austin/Foley v. Batista/Dorkton/Flair @ Mania XX, i'll be happy with that but if WWE gets stupid and turns it into the return of Foley to the wrestling ring then this match won't be special anymore. He showed up and beat Stevie Richards in his Raw debut (the crowd was dead silent throughout) and then the following week or so, he beat both Lance Storm and Christian on the same show. Then he got injured and we didn't see him for a while besides the RNN ads.

Yeah I remember that JR was always calling him a blue chipper and I remember the night he face Storm and Christian on the same night. Orton was trying to do his finishing move on Christian, I don't know what it was but, it looked to hard for Orton to be to doing and Orton screwed it up BIG time. I remember when they announced that they just stole or signed someone from Smackdown! They made it sound like a big signing. JR even got out of his chair and went into the ring that it's the up and comer RANDY ORTON! All you heard was....Silence. It was almost embarassing, but not as much as hilarious. You could hear everyone breathe.
