Ripper Posted March 9, 2004 Report Posted March 9, 2004 Linked Amen. Thats great and all but what does a Sherman Hemsley sitcom have to do with this?
kkktookmybabyaway Posted March 9, 2004 Report Posted March 9, 2004 But if we kill him how can he get better via therapy?...
Guest thebigjig Posted March 9, 2004 Report Posted March 9, 2004 But if we kill him how can he get better via therapy?... It would be nice to test that theory... but alas, he'll run through all of the appeals and it will likely be at least 10 years before they put him to sleep

It would be nice to test that theory... but alas, he'll run through all of the appeals and it will likely be at least 10 years before they put him to sleep I don't think he knew that the fire boom-boom stick would cause boo-boos. Trademark Anglesault (God, that line is still making me laugh...)
Swift Terror Posted March 9, 2004 Report Posted March 9, 2004 He should be forced to leave his cell and enter an outdoor open area everyday at noontime. He will do this for 30 days straight. He will be told that on one of those days, he will be shot in the head. It could the first day or the 30th, he will not know. Occasionally, shots will be fired very near him, just for fun.
Styles Posted March 9, 2004 Report Posted March 9, 2004 Good. Now let's try that little bastard Malvo for another murder and sentence him to hell too.
Ted the Poster Posted March 9, 2004 Report Posted March 9, 2004 Does Virginia have any harsher methods of execution than lethal injection? This guy doen't deserve a painless death.

I like this idea.

I'd do it so they didn't shoot him on the 30th day. At 11:59, a man in a suit runs out and says "appeal! an appeal!" and they head back inside...where he is shot point blank. I have no sympathy for people like this. He deserves this scenario, not lame-ass needles or whatever he gets.
EricMM Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 Y'all are pretty messed up. America doesn't engage in torture...
TSA09 Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 Then how do you account for Barbara Striesand, Kenny G, and Barney?
Guest Anglesault Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 Y'all are pretty messed up. And damn proud of it. America doesn't engage in torture... John Kerry gets TV time.
Guest hunger4unger Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 I'm happy that he has been brought to justice but can't agree on the death penalty which I am deeply opposed to.
EricMM Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 I actually agree w/ h4u. Death penalty costs too much and isn't quick enough. Life in jail w/out end, hard labor until he can't labor anymore. Then he can just lie there until he dies.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 I actually agree w/ h4u. Death penalty costs too much and isn't quick enough. Life in jail w/out end, hard labor until he can't labor anymore. Then he can just lie there until he dies. The problem is that his lawyer will say hard labor is cruel and unusual punishment and some piece of shit judge, somewhere *coughSanFranciscocough,* will agree and make sure he gets Internet access, cable TV and a room with a view of the nearby park where he can watch the squirrels frolic in the dewy grass...
EricMM Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 instead of death? hard labor is more cruel?
kkktookmybabyaway Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 Doesn't matter if labor is "more cruel" than death -- the lawyer will say it violates the Constitution if we don't get him an MP3 Player for when he's in his cell...

I like that, nice touch. BTW, where is Ed Asner, Mike Farrell, et al.? They sure like Mumia, shouldn't they be holding candle-light vigils, demanding we spare his life? Come on guys, get with it now.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 May he get the "asslove" forced on him many times in prison......
Jobber of the Week Posted March 11, 2004 Report Posted March 11, 2004 some piece of shit judge, somewhere *coughSanFranciscocough,* Normally, I'd be offended, but since "Care Not Cash," I'll agree.
lomasmoney Posted March 11, 2004 Report Posted March 11, 2004 Don't kill him. Make the fucker suffer, his little shooting game had people half way across the country worried about letting their kids even go outside to play. My poor brother had to settle for a trip up north instead of being able to visit the nation's capital like he has wanted to since he was a little kid. The fucker murdered people, killed them for no reason while they were trying to live their everyday lives, took them from their families. Killing him with a lethal injection is appeasing to that sick fuck, so instead do whatever to him I don't care if its Bubba and D-Roc getting 4 hours apeice everyday to ass rape him for the next 80 years. I don't give a fuck if its the victims' familes getting to cut off every single digit that he has, shove them down his throat, and while their at it cut off his dick and make him eat his shit covered dick when it passes through his system. The fucker deserves suffering to prepare him for what he's gonna get after he dies. As for Malvo, fuck him too. I know some think that I'm a bleeding liberal, but that fucker was 16 or 17 whatever he knew what he was doing and I have no sympathy for his ass at all. T he deserves what he is getting just because this fuck killed innocent people for no reason at all. Children are without parents because these two clowns decided to go play Duck Hunt with humans.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted March 11, 2004 Report Posted March 11, 2004 Dead's dead. Doesn't matter if it's done with chemicals or a chainsaw, the end result is the same. All the people clamoring snidely, "Nooo..death's to good for this dirtfucker. We gots ta pull out his toenails and let dirty rats lick his exposed cuticles until he dies of a staph infection," are just satisfying some kind of brutal revenge fantasy because it's fashionable to be a barbarian against someone universally loathed. I think the end result everyone really wants in this case is "This guy will never do this again," and that's going to happen. Justice served. It's a pity about all the money that gets wasted in capital punishment cases, but I happen to think it's completely worth it.
