Not much but according to the lawyer I talked to today I have a good chance.

 

For one thing she abandoned the child.

 

She also has a criminalrecord and looks like a skanky addict.

 

Whereas I've successfully completed a number of alcohol rehab programs and I got promises from a bunch of doctors and program heads to appear as character witness's if needed(I've been busy.)

 

I've never been convicted of a crime myself so I think i've got a good chance.

either way, i know ill always have to be around my situation as well in some capacity. and its good to know that the life of the child meant so much to you from his beginning....the ammount of pathetic fathers in the world is deplorable....i have much respect for you to try to do the right thing for him.
