Guest FrigidSoul Posted April 9, 2004 Report Posted April 9, 2004 That was both beautiful and horrible
Guest Bottled Black Posted April 9, 2004 Report Posted April 9, 2004 Yeah. That was...something. I couldn't have said it better.
Ted the Poster Posted April 9, 2004 Report Posted April 9, 2004 That about sums it up for me. Awesome. Is that authentic or fan-made? I can't really tell.
SpikeFayeJettEdBebop Posted April 9, 2004 Report Posted April 9, 2004 Yeah, I cant tell for sure, but I dont think that was fan made. Coulda been though. I didnt think it was that funny, it was just....there.
{''({o..o})''} Posted April 9, 2004 Report Posted April 9, 2004 It's a reaaaalllly old joke and it's one of those that you hear from comedy veterans over and over when they're burning out..the oldsters usually try to head trip the newbies. The brit version of it is called the debonaires.. you can hear the song on Dr. Demento sometimes. Basically.. it goes a family walks into an agent's office, then proceeds to describe an act..then the agent asks the name of the act. that's the gist of it.. It's a standard joke about opposite and unacceptable behaviors followed by contrary punch. Old writing style. I heard Steve Sweeney and Denis Leary did a version of it at the old Comedy Connection in Boston during each of their sets. Penn from Penn and Teller has been working on a version of it for a while. And it is legit. They did a version of it before after they made Orgazmo, they just added the 9-11 joke in this version.
Ripper Posted April 9, 2004 Report Posted April 9, 2004 Fuck the joke. Its all about Kyle trying to stop him and Cartman saying "Wh..wait Kyle..." that is funny in that one.

You took three paragraphs to describe what a joke was.
