These were the 10 i chose. I chose Darkwing over Gargoyles because I wanted to give the Comedy/ Action a chance. Also I chose Voltron over BOTP cause I like Voltron better.

Gotta admit, I was conflicted over this one. I love Transformers and Voltron, but for this poll, I'm giving M.A.S.K. some love.

Centurions shoulda been on there though...

However... no Thundercats. Boo.

I hear ya. I mean, seriously... Go-Bots? I bet Snarf could kick Leader-1's mechanical ass...

Fucking Snarfer could kick his ass.

I picked The Ninja Turtles but I have to wonder where Masters Of The Universe is.

Exo-Squad because it is the only one that was not kiddie and had a decent storyline that ran throughout the series.

I picked GI Joe but I loved Exo-Squad too. I don't think it ever got the attention it deserved. It had a good storyline was really underated.

I refuse to even vote in this things. Gargoyles is so much better than M.A.S.K. or Captain N or Voltron....I just refuse. This is my protest.

Although I will give you one prop - good for you for recognizing "Might Max". It doesn't deserve a spot over Gargoyles, but it was a great comedy / action series.

O.k if you read my post you'll see why I Didn't use Gargoyles. Secondly I'm a child of the 80's so thats why no 70's cartoons (Centurians, Fantastic 4, etc.) appear. He-Man and Thunder Cat's are not on the list because i recently watched both and was ashamed they were my favorites growing up. Yell at me if you want but besides Nostalgia value they suck. Go-Bots is on here because i was over a friends house when i posted this and his fave was Go-Bots.

But more Importantly...WHERE'S THE ZELDA LOVE!!

Except replace the Darkwing with Mighty Max. (I changed my mind at the last minute.)

Exo-Squad. I really wish Universal would release it all on DVD, because I'd buy it in a second. I still have all of my old toys of it, a few episodes on tape, and remember almost everything about the series.

The characters were so much more well-rounded than any other action cartoon of my youth, the animation was great, and the premise was damn fine. I've gloated about this often, but I once got a B+ on an essay in 10th grade for comparing Exo-Squad to World War II. The show was that in-depth, and best yet? They didn't care about killing off main characters. Lord knows Emperor Phaeton died a shitload of times, as did Typhonus (although cloning sucks), a few of the jump troops were axed, a couple Earth Resistance members, and even Able Squad's communications officer, and JT's second-in-command, Alec DeLeon was gunned down.

The show wasn't afraid at all to not pull their punches, and the characters were those that you actually cared for. Even though it seemed as if the stories went to all hell towards the end of the show, they were still interesting and you wanted a final resolution. Plus, the end of the first season was incredible, with the commander that hated Marsh flying the Resolute into the Neosapien mothership as one last attack, sacrificing himself to help save his fleet.

Anyone remember a cartoon called Visionaries: Knights of the magical light? I used to watch that show all the time.

Is that the show that had these guys in armor with a mystical insignia on the middle of it that represented an animal or that. If so, I vaguely remember it.

BTW, I voted Zelda.

Even though Zelda was apart of the Super Mario Bros Show, any time it was on, it actually was great. When I was a kid, I always hoped that we'd get a full out series from it.

Hell, I still would love a Zelda series, as long as Link played out just like he would as he did in that series. I mimicked that show more than I did of He-Man (and I had everything He-Man at the time). I remember growing up watching the SMB Show just to watch Zelda, whilst I wouldn't mind if I missed He-Man as it was like replayed constantly.

On a seperate note, I got into wrestling actually because of SMB Show. Mom told me about Captain Lou and how he was a wrestler/manager, so I asked if I could watch wrestling to see what he originally did. She was hesitant, but knew I'd figure out some way to watch it on my own, so she let me watch it for the first time.

where the fuck is Dungeons & Dragons and C.O.P.S.?

anyway, I went with Transformers, only because I'm a big mark and geek for that show/toyline...I have a friggin decepticon symbol tattooed on me so that shows my level of markness...

GI Joe, M.A.S.K. and TMNT (original) are all excellent as well...

TMNT, barely edging out Transformers. Both were, and still are, excellent shows.
