So what do you do?

Recommended Posts

Full-time student. I'm a senior writer doing intermittent work for a lifestyle magazine back home, and I'm doing research and cataloging in my university's special collections library to make some bank between assignments. C.R.E.A.M. and so forth.

Formerly middle management, now I work at a nursery growing hibiscus and various other perenials and I also take care of local advertising, wholesaling, planning, and a whole lot of little things like that for it. I also had a small landscaping company for a couple months which died because my friends were involved in it. I plan on taking horticulture classes and start an aquatic plant nursery at home, and continuing helping a friend a bit with his illegal growing.

By the way, does anybody want to buy some Salvia Divinorum clones from me? It's legal, unless you're an Australian.

I whore out all of your mothers.

Actually, I still work in IT for the government. I'm at a different job than I was before (started this one in mid-June), but it's closer to home and more money, so all is good in the hood.

I'd say, but it'd SO ruin the mystery.

I've started doing masonry restoration which is good because I like working outdoors. I also have a retail job at a sporting goods store I can step in and out of when business gets slow.

Job isn't the prettiest, but the pay isn't bad for a 17 year old. (£6 an hour)

I guess I'm the only dumbass in the transportation business. I'm in operations for a trailer company (Air Road Express). Considering my city is home to the biggest port into Mexico, I have to deal with a lot of Mexican customers, so that's never fun. Then I have to deal with a lot of shit-for-brain drivers who can drive for 35 years, yet still somehow forget how to connect his air hoses to a trailer.

Field Service Technician for G-Tech (the company that runs the lottery). I repair and install all information satellite dishes and radios for the company so they can communicate back and make G-Tech a lot of money.

I get my own van too. :D

I'd be interested, as long as there was some benefit to smoking it. Flavor, perhaps?

Guest The Winter Of My Discontent

I got to school, don't do homework, and don't have a part time job. I should do some reading now, but whats the point? I'll forget it, and have to redo it again when my exams come around.

Full time student but also work in an Italian Restraunt as a kitchen porter. Basically as a KP i just do all the odd jobs around the kitchen that need doing that don't require any one remotely skilled.

I really enjoy my job though as i get on really well with everyone there, I've been going to the restraunt with my parents since i was like 5 so the owner and his wife love me like a son lol, they let me get away with murder. Only bad point is the pay its horrific at only £3.50 an hour which comes to about $6.31.
