It actually looks pretty cool IMO...a little different then a lot of the other stuff we've seen recently, and while not being the greatest or anything, it's not that bad. A lot better then that first Taboo Tuesday poster with the huge closeup of HHH.

Pretty cool, it's different so that's good, and the old school Royal Rumble posters were always cool. Of course the 2001 Rumble has a pimp cover as well, with the same idea.

Do you guys think they'll do any old school Survivor Series matches like last year? I like the idea of each brand having at least one match like that, at least to keep the tradition alive.

No RVD on it but Crapshaw made it on the cover, WWE still doesn't get it.

Well, Bradshaw kind of is the champion.

So, if that poster were a piece of art meant to be interpreted about the state of the company, what would you think the artist is trying to say?

It's a mess.

Seriously, they have Big Show ending up pretty tiny when his greatest asset is size, Batista and Benjamin are too small to even have a point in there, Benoit is seemingly putting on a submission but we aren't seeing pain on the opponents face (or any opponent), JBL is more hat than man, and none of the characters are looking towards the same thing. I looks so random, there is no theme. With the Aforementioned Royal Rumble posters, they'd all be walking towards you, ready to fight. The Survivor Series, at least what it used to be, was about team work. A collective focus. Here it looks like they're having a hard time defining anything at all. And Taker takes up WAAAY too much of the picture and its a rather throwaway "look". Rey has no purpose at all there and doesn't match up with any of the other wrestlers. He's just "flying" without purpose. A nice metaphor for the cruiserweight division. And there are no women, because there is no actual use for them in the WWE, it seems. And Flair is woo-ing, which is all he does these days. Maybe they should have had him taking a backdrop :)

It's not the best drawn cover for a Pay-Per-View, but it's still pretty cool. I prefer this over the Taboo Tuesday poster with Triple H (though the Unforgiven poster with Kane was pretty cool).

I think my favorite poster this year was still No Way Out '04.
