I've got another one:

Warlord vs. British Bulldog (Tuesday in Texas)

12 minutes of two roid freaks trading rest holds.

The words "incredibly boring" come to mind.

I actually thought that was one of their best matches, up until the 7-8 minute mark when Warlord put on a long bearhug (or whatever) that lasted for 2-3 minutes. Overall, it wasn't bad, but that resthold hurt the match a lot.

Christian vs. Randy Orton has the potential to be a resthold catastrophe.

A more recent example of a boring match involving Christian was Christian vs. Jericho vs. RVD. Of course, RVD can't really keep me entertained when he isn't doing spot wrestling, and Jericho was boring me to tears during most of his last two year heel run.

I found a lot of "classics" to bore the hell out of me. Any of the Flair/Steamboats killed me. Steamboat/Rude at Bash '91 was good at the beginning and end and bored me almost to tears in the middle.

That being said... Triple H versus Steiner bored the hell out of me. Scott's on offense and... belly to belly, again.

I dunno.

Nothing beats the HBK/HHH, Hell In The Cell in my opinion.

They spent 80% of the match with them just laying on the ground.

I honestly did fall asleep about 25 miniutes into the match, and look at the result on the internet.

My votes are for "Ravashing" Rick Rude Vs. Jake "The Snake" Roberts @ Wrestlemania IV & "The Texas Tornado" Kerry Von Erich Vs. "The Mountie" @ WWF World Tour 1992.

Either Triple H-Hogan at Backlash '02 or The first final encounter, "Oversell in a Cell"(HHH vs HBK).

Honorable mention...

Triple H-Steiner 2 at NWO '03-At least the first was slightly comical, if only to hear the crowd turn on Steiner after falling on his ass trying to suplex Triple H. While not as awful as the first, this was the rematch NOBODY wanted to see...the crowd was dead and the match was more plodding and boring than the original.

Kevin Nash vs. HHH (Hell in the Cell, Bad Blood 2003)

Oh, I feel that HBK/HHH Hell In A Cell was waaaaay more boring. 40 minutes of tired spots is worse than an overbooked garbage match featuring two cripples.

Triple H-Michaels has the distinction of being both.

Yeah, I'd say the HHH/HBK match was ** tops, while I'd even be giving HHH/Nash *** just for being better than I was expecting (especially after the Judgment Day travesty).

One that springs to mind is Big Boss Man vs. Al Snow at Summerslam 1999. I remember watching it live and wishing it was on video so I could wind it forward. It's not often I wind forward matches, but all that was was a let's-see-how-many-different-scenarios-we-can-get-into matches. I wasn't the Hardcore Division's biggest fan, tbh. Filler shit.

Steiner/HHH is an obvious one.

HHH/HBK at 'Rumble 04 is a major boring match for me. It's a decent enough match but it was too long, with a crap ending and nothing you've never seen in wrestling before, bar perhaps HBK's table dive thing which wouldn't even have hit HHH even if he'd been standing up. I just thought that while the match and ending was necessary for the Mania main event, the match just went on and on and on ... to an anti-climatic ending.

I find it hard to sit through old APA/general tag matches. EandC, Hardys and Dudleys stuff was always A* but I don't like the recent tag division much. The APA in particular. =/

Road Dogg's commentary saved that match.

If you've seen one Triple H-HBK match, you've seen them all. They work the same boring garbage brawl every time, littered with the same recycled spots from their first bout at Summerslam(over two years ago...). I could sit through a Randy Orton-Kane Ironman match before watching another brawl between those two boring shidiots.

I was never a Road Dogg fan. His presence just added to my hatred of it.

Oooh, and another one- Hogan vs. Triple H at Backlash 2002. Don't know everybody else's opinion of it, but my hatred of Hulk Hogan added to my hatred of face Triple H just made this match wholly tiresome for me. It felt about 5 hours long

Yeah I totally second that sentiment...

Haven't seen it yet, but I can envision it ... I mean who carries who? And I can imagine the match consisted of powerbombs a la Batista and restholds a la Randy.

Even I could do that

The 6-man matches from Champions Carnival '95 general bore me to death, a shame since it's my favorite tourney ever. I just don't think 6-man tags fit that well with me in AJPW because: the slow build portion isn't as fun when it's hard to try to keep track of who did what damage to whom to see if it'll pan out later. Then a long stretch of interfering partners breaking it up at 2..... then finally someone seems to get the pin, and it often feels random.

Plus 2 or 3 of them have Giant freakin' Baba, who is somewhat amusing, and probably once a great wrestler, but just made the younger guys look like crap jumping like they'd been shot after another slow old man punch.

Seriously, if any of you guys have never seen Baba in motion, let me say, he makes Nash look like a freakin' spider-monkey in respects to their agility.

Hogan vs. Giant at Hog Wild 96 and any NWO vs. WCW celebrity encounuter (Rodman, Malone, Leno) deserve mention.

My personal winner, though, is Disco Inferno vs. Jackie at Halloween Havoc 1997. Most matches listed so far at least have some wrestilng, but this was Disco just running from Jackie for a good 10 minutes. I get bored seeing this on fast forward. Thankfully, the rest of the card is passable-awesome.
