So Maven becomes Virgil? (refference to Sid breaking Virgils nose by ramming his face into a turnbuckle)

Posted
I was thinking about this yesterday at school, cus I was bored out of my mind.

Gene Snitsky reminds me alot like Sid, a monster heel who is a poor worker.

I think the WWE is trying to make Gene Snitsky like a Sid heel. Which is a good thing, because so far it is working.

Heidenreich's the next Sid. Everything about him is Sid like.

No, Heidenreich is the next Nathan Jones.

I laugh at Heidenreich, because the little guy just hangs in there, trying his best to come off as intimidating. One day, he'll bust a vein or a blood vessel or something and hopefully find himself on an extended vacation.

Sid would get the largest pops by just standing on the apron (judging from his days as a Skyscraper with Dan Spivey). I don't think Snitsky is that over, but he KINDA reminds me of him with the crappy workrate.

Man I miss Sid. I'm going to go watch my Sid shoot to quench my Sid thirst.

How do you people know Snitsky can't wrestle? Has he really had a chance to show his skills off? A Match against Kane.. Kane is a decent big man, but usually needs a smaller guy to work against to pull off a good match.. Snitsky could be the same. Snitsky vs Benoit could be good if it happens down the road...

I mean we've got a Squash of Eugene, A too long hoss match (hoss vs hoss are mostly always bad, although it wasnt terrible just not good), and a short match with Val Venis. Like give me a break.. when he gets decent ring time, against half decent opponents you can say his ring work is shitty.

It's Not His Fault He's The Master and Ruler of the World

Don't you mean Ruler Of The Squirrels?

Just because he can't wrestle like the IWC deities doesn't mean he can't be entertaining

Sid may not have been great in the ring (though his kip-up was amazing, I always thought), but he was still entertaining, whether through his interviews, in-ring mannerisms or out-of-ring incidents (stabby stabby)

Heidenreich can get me laughing just because of his lisp, and his crazy routine. But the guy needs a better finisher than a Shoulderbreaker. He should take Albert's Baldo Bomb, and call it Heidenstruction.

Hey, if it's good enough for Scott Norton...

Doesn't he use the Powerbomb and Jackhammer more than that?

Norton made it look convincing, plus he had guys that would sell it good. Heidenreich barely drops them on to his knee, and so far nobody has sold it right.

What's wrong with Sid? i think the guy had way more personality than Snitsky and He??????ch. Although for some odd reason I'm warming up to He????ch(not in the Michael Cole way though  ). He's playing the role decent. How about doing the greatest moments of Sid posts?

I'll start.

The Barber shop clown act.

Getting upset that "I'm not a movie star like hollywood Hogan" promo after the WM 8 press conference.

Attacking Jose Lothario and powerbombing his son on a table(ecw ecw at the time in wwf).

Sid/Diesel as one of the worst/boring title feuds EVER.

Sid also had that "intensity" to him.

I would always go, "Yeah, kick his ass, Sid!"

Long before I became a smark, Sid was the first heel I cheered for. I believe it was around 95 when I was cheering the guy on, because Diesel was sooo horribly lame. I wanted him to kick Diesel's ass so badly.

He was really funny with the Psycho schtick, the odd mannerisms, and he at least looked scary.

Nash just sucked, even then.

Also, in I believe 96, Shawn's cheesy babyface routine also made me cheer the big lug on.

Sid forgets his lines during an interview on a live show after two seconds and asks JR to redo the interview. JR: "Sorry, son. We're live."

Sid: "... Anyway! They'll see what Sid is all about tonight!"

Something along those lines. :P

I would do that too, even though he threw some of the worst punches ever seen.
