He's an afterthought in rap right now. I'd say Jay won. All that has nothing to do with a rap battle. Canibus went on to sale no records, get dropped from his label and LL Cool J continues to put out albums with no shirt on and disgustingly simple rhymes but sales. No rap fan with half a mind could think that Canibus lost to LL even though LL had a better career afterwards. The diss battle (outside of freestyles, cause there is no way I can keep up with all that) went to Nas with Ether and Last real Nigga alive(although not really a Jay Diss, close enough) although Jays Verse on Takeover and Blueprint 2 were really hot. It was close, but i would give it to Nas. Oh, and Scarface is president of Def Jam South. A label that basically features Ludacris....and....well....thats about it. That's probably because Nas isn't a shameless self-promoter, nor is he concerned with including a lot of songs made to be radio hits on his albums. And is it me, or has Jay been more busy since he retired? Crap like this is exactly what it's ridiculous for a musician to "retire." Oh, and this should be further proof Game sucks shit.
