Carnival Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 And yes, Batista did say "fucking directors". and no, he didn't. There was no R in there. might i suggest watching it again. Like spike TV would allow a commercial on their network that says "fuck" in it.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 I've listened to it around 15 times. Most of those times I was listening for that little R sound in there that would make it frikkin. It's not there. You've proven from your responses in TNA you don't know what your talking about.
Carnival Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 How is this even an issue? Jeez. it's not. he says fricking. bottom line. some people just hate to be wrong i guess. You miss heard him, big deal, just admit it.
Epic Reine Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 Batista cleary said "Frickin" not "Fuckin"
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 That's really funny coming from the guy that's clinging to an argument he's dead wrong about in the TNA folder. I didn't hear the R and I've listened to it several times and it still doesn't sound like frickin or whatever. I could be wrong just saying what I thougt I heard.
Carnival Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 That's really funny coming from the guy that's clinging to an argument he's dead wrong about in the TNA folder. ironic isn't it. And it appears I actually DO know what i'm talking about in this case.
Ravenbomb Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 Batista cleary said "Frickin" not "Fuckin" Dude, what are you talking about? He obviously says "freakin", not "fricken". pfft.
Jericholic82 Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 He clearly said freakin, i just watched it again on my tape to make sure, then checked it again on wwe dot com Anyways, this was a good one. It was like an outakes reel from a dvd or somethin which was the point I guess. Michale Cole without a shirt on.............ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww as if he couldnt look more gay. The Bashams were spot on and I lol at that Big SHows Jacket tearing was the funniest cuz of his reaction. Why is that diva from the sb commercial (i think her name is candace?) in this commercial she hasnt even been on raw since the highlight reel with jericho. Batista is indeed a natural, wonder why it took him so long to show that?
Dandy Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 Batista is indeed a natural, wonder why it took him so long to show that? Not many chances?
DMann2003 Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 Batista is indeed a natural, wonder why it took him so long to show that? I still don't know why they didn't make a "Terminator" clip with Batista as the T-800 "I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle" "Screw you jackass!" *Thumbs up...Thumbs DOWN!"
Guest M. Harry Smilac Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 You forgot Pulp Fiction Just shows how memorable it was. I'd prolly put it at about 5
natey2k4 Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 I liked the following (all of these made me burst out loud laughing); *Basic Instinct, Taxi Driver, Forest Gump, When Harry Met Sally, Braveheart, A Few Good Men I midly liked the following; *Pulp Fiction I hated the following; *Dirty Harry
foleyfanforever88 Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 I'd say Basic Instinct Taxi Driver When Harry Met Sally A Few Good Men Pulp Fiction Forrest Gump Braveheart Dirty Harry
Exslade ZX Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 My order.. 1)Taxi Driver 2)Basic Instinct 3)Forrest Gump 4)When Harry Met Sally 5)Braveheart 6)A Few Good Men 7)Dirty Harry
Guest Shadow Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 im wondering if there's a reason for these particular movies or are those the ones they figured they could work with...
Guest Shadow Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 since everyone else is doing it 1-Taxi Driver 2-Basic Instinct 3-Braveheart 4-When Harry met Sally 5-A Few Good Men 6-Pulp Fiction 7-Forrest Gump 8-Dirty Harry
SuperJerk Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 1. Taxi Driver 2. Pulp Fiction 3. A Few Good Men 4. When Harry met Sally 5. Basic Instinct 6. Forrest Gump 7. Braveheart 8. Dirty Harry

NYU Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 1. Taxi Driver 2. Basic Instinct 3. A Few Good Men 4. Forrest Gump 5. When Harry Met Sally 6. Braveheart 7. Pulp Fiction 8. Dirty Harry And after rewatching that Taxi Driver segment again, Batista quite clearly says either "fricking directors" or "freaking directors." That's it. The people on the other side of the debate need to call defeat on this one.

Ced Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 I liked the promo with Big Show being my favorite of the bunch, but I'm a bit sad they missed a chance to get RVD to say "Are you talking to me? Are you talking to me?" with the thumbs to self. Easy secondary nod to "Walk".
Vern Gagne Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 I'm just bored with the "You talking to Me" spoofs that seem to pop up in every bad sitcom, and bad movie.

Vern Gagne Posted March 23, 2005 Report Posted March 23, 2005 I'm not saying some aren't funny. It's just played to death. I'm just waiting for Vince McMahon has Don Vito Corleone, making HHH an offer he can't refuse.
