Sid Vicious returning to the ring

Recommended Posts

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE April 21, 2005 - Southern Championship Wrestling has announced a huge return to the Nashville State Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 14, 2005. Fresh off the heels of a great first show, Memorial Mayhem II looks to be the most loaded show to date.

On Saturday, May 14th, fans will see the return of PSYCHO SID VICIOUS for the first time in over 6 years!! Sid is very anxious to return and silence his critics as he will take on ECW's Tracy Smothers.

Also in action, for the SCW World Title, Champion "Dangerous" Doug Gilbert takes on the HARDCORE LEGEND Terry Funk in what promises to be a knock down drag out brawl throughout the fairgrounds!!

The Junior Enigma - Krazy K fresh off the match of the night in April, will put his skills to the test against "Desirable" Dan Morrow who challenged Krazy K for his Cruiserweight Title. CEO Rob has announced however, that due to Dexter Poindexter's constant naging it will be a three - way - dance for the Cruiserweight championship with the Three Stages of Danger -- A TABLES, LADDERS, CHAIRS match!!

Finally, the fourth HUGE match of the night will pit the Greatest Intercontinental Champion in WWE History, The Honky Tonk Man against ECW and TNA's Simon Diamond. These two have met several times before around the country and May 14th the score will finally be settled between these two!!

Fans will also get to see the Goddess of SCW Athena, Juggulator, Omega Aaron Draven and SO MUCH MORE!!! Tickets are just $15 and are available by calling Comic City at 615-868-3339.

Don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Hardcore Legend Terry Funk and the return of PSYCHO SID all in one night!!! Come out and get autographs and take pictures with these two superstars and everyone else!!!

Yeah, he wrestled in the Tag Team Battle Royal at V. Well, I guess that depends on your definition of the word "wrestle." :P

Always liked Sid. He was decent on the mic, when not getting his lines screwed up, and never offended me too much in the ring. It's good to hear of him wrestling again after that god awful leg break fron Sin.

Heh. Dan Morrow is one of my best friends, I wonder how he'll react when I tell him his match is apparently more important than Honkeytonk Man and Simon Diamond combined.

If he doesn't say that Honky Tonk Man is THE F'N MAN you should pimp slap him.

Back on track. Sid was a big muscley sweaty guy who had a sick powerbomb. At least he's back in the ring. Maybe he'll get drunk and go after Arn with some scissors again. :headbang:
