razazteca Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 I select Rudy Tomanavich to take the dive after the 1st punch.
Vern Gagne Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 Kermit Washington will deliver the knockout blow.
alfdogg Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 There's a joke involving Kermit Washington and Anthony "Pig" Miller somewhere, but I can't think of it at the moment.
The Czech Republic Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 I'll take John Tesh, who wrote the NBA on NBC music.
LooseCannon25 Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 With his second pick in the draft Loosecannon25 selects....... Frederick Weiss Also, does anybody else remember that one game, in 90 i think, when MAnute Bol went absolutely nuts and hit 6 treys in one game?
AboveAverage484 Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 And while we're at it, dibs on Manute Bol. Hey Manute Bol's a great guy, he's met with some bad luck recently. He got in a car crash and now he doesn't know if they'll have to amputate his hand or not. Oh I agree. Why else would I want him on my team? Besides being a great guy, he's fun, supports his cause, and can shoot the three. Oh yeah! I completely forgot about that game when he hit like seven threes! That was just a random game though, wasn't it? He wasn't very accurate for his career was he?
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 Manute Bol went 0 for 1 in each of his first three consecutive seasons. In 1989, he found himself on the Golden State Warriors, and went 20 for 91 over that season. For his career, Bol hit 43 three pointers in 205 attempts. http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/b/bolma01.html
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin Posted May 1, 2005 Author Report Posted May 1, 2005 I'll take Bill Wennington! Even MJ said he couldn't carry Bill's worthless ass.
Ripper Posted May 2, 2005 Report Posted May 2, 2005 I'm also drafting World B. Free. World B. Free was the mutha fuckin man.
Guest Redhawk Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 Steve Scheffler, Brad Miller, Brian Cardinal....has Purdue put out any non-White NBA players aside from Glenn Robinson?
Vern Gagne Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 Dinner Bell Mel Turpin has been added to the roster.
razazteca Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 I select the whole Barry family as my bench...
The Electrifyer Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 I counter by selecting every NBA player ever whose last name was Johnson.
alfdogg Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 Steve Scheffler, Brad Miller, Brian Cardinal....has Purdue put out any non-White NBA players aside from Glenn Robinson? Joe Barry Carroll.
razazteca Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 I counter by selecting every NBA player ever whose last name was Johnson. So you have 200 players on your team now?
The Electrifyer Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 Yep. But only about 5 of them are good. The rest are mediocre mid-carders in wrestling terms.
The Electrifyer Posted May 5, 2005 Report Posted May 5, 2005 I am willing to accept player trades or other interesting offers.
