I've already gone through the basics of turkey, chicken and burgers but now I need something more. BBQ'd, fried, baked, whateverthefuckever. Gimme.

Lord of The Curry 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2005 Alligator. Not the easiest thing to find, but you won't regret it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Â Tried it before, very good stuff. We've actually got a KC's Bar and Grill around here that serves alligator poppers, similar to the popcorn chicken things they've got at KFC.

I had some in New Orleans and it was one of the highlights of my trip. Â If you're not adverse to seafood, a grilled steak of Marlin can be delicious.
