Guest tony manero Report post Posted November 3, 2005 "The last edition of Raw garnered a 3.4 rating with a 5.2 share heading into Taboo Tuesday. The 3.4 rating is the lowest rating since the move to the USA Network. The show did hours of 3.2 and 3.5." PWInsider receives the credit.
Guest *KNK* Report post Posted November 3, 2005 WWE: Clearly, the fans got confused and thought Raw was on Wednesday night, due to the habit of PPV's being Sunday nights for WWE and our PPV being on Tuesday. If you look, You can see that the real ratings should be combined with USA offering of "A Very Brady Sequel" that night. We still offering the most popular quality programing on cable. Also, MNF and the War took away a part of the demos as well.

2GOLD 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2005 Giant gophers ate key members of the viewing audience, leaving us without a good portion to grab the 5.0 rating we should have received. The gophers have been found and the members of the audience were discovered to have not been eaten, but alive and well to be stored for the long winter. Dangerous A 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2005 Good point. I forgot that the NBA started on Tuesday. I'm a tool. Well, the Raw excuse is the male demographic of 18-34, the most coveted, were all out trick or treating.
Guest Fishyswa Report post Posted November 3, 2005 ^Bingo. I'd call a 3.4 suprising, but I'm sure someone will point out that wrestling fans are all losers anyway who stay home on things like Halloween, so it should of really been a 4.0.

What? they are one of our sponsers? we still have them? We meant Reese's Pieces. Their addicting contents altered our fan-base's perception of reality and simply either turned it to SpikeTv again out of habit or, ate the tv itself. Guest Fishyswa Report post Posted November 3, 2005 IT WAS FUCKING HALLOWEEN. Sorry but around here, when it's halloween, everyone with a life is either at a club, party, or out on the streets. This "oh it ends at 8" and "most parties were on the weekend" shit doesn't fly. 90% of Halloween parties were on Monday. Curfew around here is 10 and isn't even enforced until 11:00. If you were sitting home watching TV monday between the hours 0f 7-11, you were in the minority. But go ahead and tell me I live in bizarro world, and how this rating is a clear sign that the WWE is dying, and how next weeks 3.6+ is just the result of people looking for a TNA replay. Sometimes the air is just ripe with crack smoke in this forum....

In Madison its always the Fri/Sat before for the huge parties/riots. After my long weekend, Im more than happy to sit at home givin candy to kiddies...and miss Raw. Hell in my area trick or treat is done by 6.

Enigma 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2005 What a horribly misleading topic. RAW's done MUCH lower on USA. Back when the nWo was getting hot in mid-96, RAW was pulling ratings in the high 1s. They almost got bumped to midnight their ratings were so low.

I don't think people were dying to see Donald Pleasance. Then again, the Donald does equal ratings.

I can tell you in my college not one, do you understand that, not one halloween party was on Monday. Not only that, every single club in Cincy had halloween parties on Saturday night, not Monday. I should know, I was at Red Cheatah on Sat. night, maybe I should have told those people that their party was a couple of days too soon. How stupid are you? Have you ever even been to a club?
