Ah, you mean the one about where Michael Irvin and William Perry are standing next to each other?

So they have a coke machine next to the refridgerator?

I'm sure there are others, but that's indeed the one I meant.

Even if I always hated the 'Boys, it'll be a damn shame if he gets remembered for this as opposed to the storied career he had.

This doesn't look good. I am a lifelong Redskins fan and can't stand the Cowboys, but have come to like and respect some of the 'boys' who went on to broadcasting like Irvin, Aikman, and Emmitt.

That said, I hope this isn't true because I have always thought Irvin was the exception and not the rule and that he truly did rehab himself. I hope this isn't true, but with his track record, I have a bad feeling he may have taken a step backwards.

If I were a lifelong Redskins fan, I'd be laughing my ass off right now. As a Packer fan, I still hate Irvin and find it awesome that he won't be on TV at least for some time.... hopefully.

I still thought it was much funnier when Jaws and Tom Jackson were prematurely congratulating him one week on NFL Sunday for making the Hall of Fame only to find out the following week that Irvin didn't get voted in. Michael Irvin was acting as if he was a lock and thanking everybody. That whole sequence was hilarious

I am still peeved Art Monk hasn't made it and it makes me even more mad that idiots like Peter King of SI actually say that Art Monk SHOULDN'T make the Hall of Fame despite holding the receptions record when he retired. The man held a positive NFL record when he left the game, if that isn't criteria enough I don't know what is.

Sorry if I'm off subject, but it does get to me that Michael Irvin might get in before Art Monk.

As a Giants fan, and TO hater...

This doesn't even surprise me...at all.

It should be noted that Irvin will be back on ESPN tonight, for the Monday Night whatever thing.

Druggie = Good.

Criticizing a black player = FIRED.

Please note that you should not watch ESPN for your pre-show football enjoyment. Thank you.

Very much agreed. I'd rather watch the CBS pre game show (Gumbel, Marino, Sharpe, Esiason) and they are pretty bad.

I can't stand Tom Jackson. It's not even how he handled the Rush thing, but it's so blatantly obvious that he has a bias against the Redskins because they handed him his ass in the Super Bowl in '88.

NFL Network is very nice to have.

But, still, for gametime decisions... Mortensen often has the news first, for all the fantasy geeks, out there. Therefore, you have to watch the group of idiots there act "funny" for over an hour, to wait for 3 seconds of news.

Irvin's saying the pipe isn't his and I would *like* to believe him since I think he, despite his "blackness" that some people have a problem with, will actually offer up insightful commentary unlike Tom Jackson or Chris Berman. I'd take Sterling Sharpe, Michael Irvin, Rod Woodson and Dan Marino over any other group of NFL talking heads.

But, Mike's history with the yayo makes me weary on believing him. It's too bad too and I wonder what the Best Damn Sports Show Period, Mike's old stomping grounds, will have to say about this.

I want some station to hire Marv Levy. I don't care that he's really old, maybe senile and probably never wants to be on TV. Give him a bunch of millions. He makes everyone else in football sound like blithering idiots. God, I miss him. I hate all other Buffalo coaches after him.

Or, move Jaworski up.

I'm such a homer.

And, if you must have the obligatory annoying former WR. Get Sterling back from NFL Network.

Anyone else catch Howie Long saying "they've won 5 of their last 4"? LOLs all around for that one.

Holy shit, he really said that? LOL

Who would be the weak link of the Fox Pre Game show? Howie, Jimmie, TB, or JB?

I gotta watch the ESPN pregame thing because the others don't start till noon. If I'm up early on a Sunday then I need all the football I can get.

Michael Irvin provides nothing on the ESPN show. All he does is give you the pompous all about me football player's perspective.

Irvin just said the pipe belonged to a friend who was over for Thanksgiving. Said he found the pipe in the guys pocket when he went to hug him, and put it in his car so it wouldn't be in the house where his kids could find it, then forgot about it.

Oh man, I'm glad Collinsworth isn't on there anymore. He's much worse than Jimmy Johnson.
