From imdb- Thora Birch was only 17, so filming her brief nude scene required permission from her parents, who were both on the set during the filming along with child labor representatives. Her parents and child labor representatives were on the set for the shooting of the scene. EDIT: LOL, bob edited his post at the same time I made mine! It think the age for "Glamour modelling" in England is 16 anyway so they probably wouldn't have a problem with it. I think they're ok with toplessness in general overseas.
