MikeJordan23 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2006 http://shopzone.wwe.com/Product_detail.asp...ductId=01-07917 I usually don't buy wrestling shirts, but a lot of these look excellent. Also, they're without the cheesy catchphrases in the back of the shirt. *cops the Mr.Perfect one*
Guest lo0p Report post Posted June 7, 2006 the wwe legends dream card may be the worst t-shirt I have even seen.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted June 8, 2006 The Dusty Rhodes t-shirt/DVD combo is a great deal. I like the Dusty, Rude, Samoans and Orton/Piper/Mr. Wonderful shirts.
Bruiser Chong 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2006 The JYD and Samoans shirts are probably the only ones I'd actually wear. The Rude one is probably the most disappointing of the lot. I'd love to sport a Rick Rude shirt, but not one where his entire oiled up body is featured. Jeez, guys, I have some standards. Not that high, though, since I'd wear one with fat samoans on it. Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2006 These shirts would be fine if they didn't plaster them with the wrestlers bodies and faces on them. I bet the Mr. Perfect shirt would be a huge seller if you just kept the logo intact and no image and especially no big W on the back. Same with Simply Ravishing. The Sarge shirt, could pass because it looks like your typical drill sarge yelling, so it wouldn't be out of place with your usual comedy shirts. That being said, the uno cards? that's boss. Who is the moron running the merch department?
The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2006 I'm trying to figure out "The Dream Card" ...mainly the six man tag and HIAC matches... All i know is that Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, and either Dean or Boris Malenko are on one side of the 6 man and in the "Also Appearing" section you can find Mr Wonderful, Rick Rude, The Bushwhackers, and Ted Dibiase among others. First glance, I thought HIAC was Freddie Blassie vs. British Bulldog.

Guest El Satanico Report post Posted June 8, 2006 I'd wear the Bushwackers shirt, no problem. I don't even consider these to be "wrestling shirts". They're retro shirts, and you can wear anything.
MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2006 I'm holding out hope they'll release the old Captain Lou Albano shirt from the mid 1980s.
I like Forums 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2006 The Million Dollar Man one is killer. I'd wear it.
Steviekick 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2006 I wish they would re-release more of the classic shirts, but with the distressed/jagged printing style to make it look fake retro.
Bruiser Chong 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2006 It would take some balls to go out alone wearing The Bushwhackers shirt. That's more or less the image they used for the team's shirt back in the late '80s. Subsequently, I bought the original shirt on eBay five years ago and wore a few times to school. Wrestling shirts are usually pretty damning, but just all I heard was "HEY, THOSE ARE THE BUSHWHACKERS!" whenever I wore that one. My purple Rockers shirt got more tepid or confused responses. CanadianGuitarist 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2006 The Million Dollar Man one is killer. I'd wear it. Buddy of mine has both the Buddy Christ and Dibiase figures on his telvsion top. I yelled when, despite Dibiase's love of God, Christ was the butch. They reversed. I was delighted. The Dibiase shirt isnt as great as I hoped, but the WWF will be getting 70 dollars of my money this weekend.

I really thought that when I walked like a Bushwhacker drunk last weekend, that it would be the first, and prolly last, Bushwhacker reference this year....anywhere
Bruiser Chong 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2006 It may have been. This was back in 2001, although I probably would get some remarks about the shirt now. Say what you will, but EVERYONE knew who the Bushwhackers were.
MARTYEWR 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2006 That Rick Rude T-Shirt makes me think of the music video of "Listen To The Flower People" by Spinal Tap...

Jericholic82 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2006 cool shirts, but the bulldog one is of him with short hair, I want the cornrows dammit the perfect one is kinda like his old video screen logo
Guest Legend & Icon Report post Posted June 13, 2006 I really liked the Mr Perfect t-shirt shame he did not get a shirt like that when he was a pro wrestler. I am sure they would have moved a lot of stock. Only true die hard fans will still by his t-shirt.

I'm going on a limb and saying you're embarrassed to be a wrestling fan. T-shirts that read "SIMPLY RAVISHING" or "Mr. Perfect" without a oiled up half naked guy on it would sell better and aren't embarassing.

Guest Legend & Icon Report post Posted June 15, 2006 I think a lot of them look really good. But feel bad because they may not get huge sales from it as the wrestler is not around today. Only a true die hard fan would by them.

Wrestlefreak 0 Report post Posted June 16, 2006 the wwe legends dream card may be the worst t-shirt I have even seen. Agreed. However, I do like Mr Perfect's, The million-dollar man's and Bret Hart's T-shirts.
