Hadley got it with the quickness. Wasn't he just one of Spike's 'giant killer' conquests? Or was he there longer.

Only reason I remember One Man Gang is because I saw him fight Spike and RVD in a three way dance live. He got acid dropped quick, IIRC. There's a guy that is really underwhelming physically. He's just like 6'2, if that, and fat. Hardly a monster.

Firstly I have the Eastern Championship Wrestling tape with Snuka vs Dreamer. Was actually a interesting match, Snuka stalling the first five minutes badmouthing a kid in the front row, so Dreamer actually left the ring jumped over the railing and sat next to the kid and put on his hat. (one of the reasons that guy became beloved)

But Snuka gave him what three to five Superfly splashes that night, and they sold it with the blood coming out the mouth when they carted Dreamer away.

Eastern Championship Wrestling, the place where even Tito Santana and Don Muroco both past their primes can become ECW Champion.

But back to Extreme Championship Wrestling..

Shane Douglas as champion in 95 did a number of matches with past "legends" to prove he was a great champion. Two of those matches was vs, Marty Jenetty and Tully Blanchard. Both actually pretty good matches. Marty came out in full rocker regailia he wore in 93.

Steiner brothers for some reason appeared in ECW, Rick Steiner first, to tag with Taz vs Benoit/Malenko in Three way Dance in 95.

Kaientai made a number of ECW appearances both as wrestlers on loan from Japan and later when they were in the WWF. The match in 96, saw the original Kaientai squad, while the later one was just Taka/Funaki.

Speaking of Japanese.... Great Sasuke and Gran Hamada also made a number of ECW stops over those few years.

Terry Gordy feuded with Raven for the title.

I never actually saw it, but they always claimed Justin Creible (sic) stole Great Sasuke's mask. Did he continue to wear it in Japan?

I remember Justin Credible "breaking" Great Sasuke's leg but nothing about stealing the mask.

Doink was there and his gimmick is, after he beat his opponent he would put clown makeup on them and asked them how it felt like to have a clown gimmick.

Was Gordy any good in ECW, or was he in "Executioner" form by that point? I, sadly, have never seen any of his ECW stuff.

He was your basic Terry Gordy not executioner...

he meant could he wrestle like himself still I think.

Actually he ecw stint was just prior to his wwf stint as executioner (summer of 96-octoberish 96) he was aface and they even brought in williams to tag with him. the eliminators beat them n one match I have seen.

Didn't Erik Watts show up to job to Spike at one point?

He may have but I remember him on TNN scheduled to have a match vs. Steve Corino but they both beat the tar out of HC Loc and Watts looked to have joined The Network . . . though he was never seen again.

I've still yet to see proof (like the card) of Bagwell in ECW...

btw Terry Gordy had his best outing (post death) with Raven in an awesome, much forgotten match

Okay I really hope you didn't actually mean "Post death" because that would mean Raven had a match with Gordy's corpse

("Post" means "after")
