And he's a bigger MMA fan than me because he was at The War of 04 and I didn't start watching MMA till TUF. Your Paragon of Virtue 0 Report post Posted December 23, 2008 I'm more interested in all the televised fights too, but I'd say Gono vs. Fitch is a bigger deal than Jones vs. Bonnar, at least in terms of rankings. I can see why they'd put that on though, because of Bonnar's star power (which I think is all but gone at this point) and the potential of Jones to really make a name for himself. Still not as big a deal as Fitch vs. Gono though. I'd also see it as a bigger match than Karo vs. Kim. This card is stacked as hell though, probably the best they've had in awhile.
