I've seen The Godfather. I think it's terrific, but not in the way many folks do.

Monty Python's Flying Circus

I rented The Holy Grail at the library back when I was a lad and enjoyed it well enough but hanging around too much with nerds who overquoted them might have spoiled my enjoyment of Monty Python for good, sadly.

Oh, fella, you're really missing out here. I too know the irritation of nerdy overquoting, but there are so many grand moments that go completely under the radar on their series. It's really a wealth of greatness. Probably my favorite show ever.

Have you seen The Life of Brian? Better than Holy Grail.

You're probably right AoO. As a sucker for any and all sketch comedy, there's no real reason I shouldn't have seen that show. And it's not like I myself haven't driven people away from worthy TV shows and films with my nerdy overquoting in the past.

Fundamentally, yes, it is pointless. It can still bear fruit in that little Monty Python exchange I just had up there.

13. Laguna Beach

14. The Hills

15. Survivor

Me neither.

Well you were what, 2 years old when it first aired?

The Godfather

Sometimes we seem to be very alike. This is one of those times. I just never opted to take the time. Doesn't seem like it's my cup of tea.

I've seen Rambo, but not First Blood, First Blood Part II: Rambo, or Rambo III (best movie numbering system ever!)

I've never even heard of Laguna Beach.

The Rambo movies are all pretty good. III is my favorite one, First Blood is actually pretty decent and not in a mindless way. The new one just makes me giggle. "Fuck the world."

I get shit all the time from my roommates from not having see the following....

- Rocky

- Karate Kid

- Terminator

- Days of Thunder

Bloodsport was on the list for a while but I finally made an exchange where they'd watch Royal Tennanbaums in exchange for some Jean-Claude.

This is a rather pointless thread.

I've never seen ... Empire Strikes Back

Have you seen SW and ROTJ? If so, I can't imagine why you haven't seen ESB yet.

I haven't seen a single episode of Survivor or American Idol.

The Office - Not a Steve Carrell fan.

24

Any of the Harry Potter Films

Butterfly Effect - I have a friend who has the world's biggest boner for this movie, but I can't get past my dislike of Ashton Kutcher's acting enough to give it a watch.

It's actually not that bad of a movie really. I wasn't too sure about it, but I watched it and I was kinda surprised.

E.T. I still get grief from people who find out I've never seen it.

Well of course, what with all the flagrant product placement, "penis breath" comments and scenes of children getting drunk against their will...

I could do with some Reese's Pieces actually.
