A list of popular shows/movies that I have never seen

Recommended Posts

Guest

I'll post the ones I haven't watched (and have no interest in) out of the ones you guys have posted...

7. Battlestar Galactica (the new one)

8. Any Stargate series

Dr. Who

The Da Vinci Code

None of those spoof movies, like Epic movie

I don't have any interest in that new 90210 shit.

Lush, The Godfather is essential viewing. ESSENTIAL.

I actually see a lot of people who don't like Oz or want to watch it. Hell, I can understand why. If gratuitous male nudity and watching guys get raped and stabbed isn't your thing... For me, there's no better way to kill an hour.

I've never seen... The Aristocats. I believe it's the only Disney animated feature pre-Hercules that I've never seen.

I'm not particularly interested in Oz or Sex and The City but I think I'm not really the target audience for the latter.

Oh here's a big one. Even though I'm a casual fan of science fiction, I've never seen more than an episode or two out of all of the Star Trek series'. I watched Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan once back when I was six or seven with my dad but that's about as much as I've watched.

Bloodsport was on the list for a while but I finally made an exchange where they'd watch Royal Tennanbaums in exchange for some Jean-Claude.

Considering how big of an MMA fan you are, it's a crime not to watch Bloodsport atleast 10 times!

I've never watched a full episode of Oz or Entourage and have no desire to.

I have never seen The Wizard of Oz or The Breakfast Club.

That's a shame. It is the best of the '80s movies IMHO. I think I've probably seen it somewhere between 10 and 15 times and every single viewing was on WPIX/Ch. 11 here in NY on a weekend back when I was in HS since it was one of those films that was always in their rotation. The other film I've seen many times because of that is Weird Science which often was paired with The Breakfast Club on Sunday afternoons. Good times.

Having said that I've never seen St. Elmo's Fire even though I've probably had 20+ chances to do so. I will also go to the grave having never watched Titanic.

How do you mean "80s movies"? Best John Hughes movie? Best 80s movie about high school? I could see either of those being the case, but out and out best 80s movie, that's a harder sell.

TV never seen or want to:

Firefly, Angel, Supernatural, Confessions of an American Teenager (or whatever that show is that prompted the pair of WDI chats that CWM dragged me into), Colbert Report, and just about everything on Fox that isn't House or on Sunday night.

Movies:

Wow...way too many. Most epics seem annoying and lame, most modern horror does too. Too many to really list, honestly.

I guess I would describe it as something that is laughably out of date now in the way that something like Friends or Seinfeld is a '90s TV show in the sense that at the time it was trendy, but it hasn't aged well. You just know one when you see one. It's not one of the best movies put out in the 1980s by any means. To be more specific if it had big hair, "tough guys" and "nerds" clashing, people from the Brat Pack, and/or general HS angsty types it qualifies as an '80s movie.

I've never seen Rocky. Or Lost.

And yeah, Venk, I was like, 2 when Saved by the Bell first aired, but countless times my friends have made references to Mr. Feeny, and I don't get the joke.

Let's see... never seen The Office, 30 Rock, any of those recent parody movies, or American Pie or any of it's sequels.

I actually bought Lost season 1 once, and got through the first episode. Then I sold it back to get something else, and never saw it again.

On ESB, I remember when I was a kid having very vivid memories of Star Wars and Return, but the only thing I remembered from ESB were the white corridors of Cloud City. That and 'I am your father'.

Also movie-wise, I've never seen Crank, Smokin' Aces, The Prestige, the Illusionist, or the Good Sheppard- and thosea re all sitting onmy DVD shelf right now.

Wow, first Agent names SBTB as the first show he's never seen, and then it gets confused with Boy Meets World. Oy vey.

I've never seen any of the Harry Potters or any of the new Star Wars (have no interest in any of 'em despite having loved the original SW movies when I was a little kid). Have seen pieces of the LOTR trilogy and fell asleep during every single one of 'em.

I have never watched Lost, and have no real interest in doing so due to the nature of the way that I have heard my friends discuss it.

I have no interest in watching Extras, despite being a particularly big fan of Ricky Gervais.

I've never seen anything from the Star Trek franchise. I've just never had any interest in it.

I generally avoid MTV, so I haven't seen (and don't plan to see) The Hills, Super Sweet 16, the various "dating" shows, etc. I also haven't seen most of the shows on VH1. As a general rule, I'm not interested in reality shows and game shows.

I've never seen any anime (unless Voltron counts).

TV Shows:

- Battlestar Galactica

- Dr. Who

- Stargate

- Angel

- Firefly

- Mystery Science Theater 3000

- Cheers

- Grey's Anatomy

- Ugly Betty

- most of Aaron Spelling's shows

Movies:

- any of the Harry Potter movies

- any of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies

- the LOTR sequels (I tried to watch Fellowship on three separate occasions, but fell asleep each time)

- the Matrix sequels

- the Jurassic Park sequels

- both Hostel movies

- any of the Saw movies

- any of the spoof movies like Epic Movie, Date Movie, Disaster Movie, etc.

- The Da Vinci Code

- The Passion of the Christ

I had no idea there were so many people on TSM who lived in a cave.

You know, for years, I bragged about how I had never seen The Lion King or Jurassic Park.

Then I watched them and realized I was being retarded. Sometimes things are popular for a reason.

Laguna Beach

...and sometimes they're not.

The only thing I'm really proud of is never having watched Titanic, but only because most people have.

I'm pretty sure I'd enjoy a lot of it. You get to see a boat sink, and by this point in my life, the love story would make me cry hysterically. On the other hand... your villain is Billy Zane? Then again, he was a decent villain in Demon Knight...

I echo the thoughts on 24 and Lost.

Never, ever seen it.

Or Prison Break.

I was coming here to post this exact thing.

So...

Ditto.
