This is Spinal Tap!

David St. Hubbins and Nigel Tufnel

Sigh... if somebody wants to steal Derek Smalls from me, I suppose there's nothing I can do.

Guy: Greetings, good men. Might I trouble you for a drink?

Moe: Oh, get out of here, Homer.

Guy: Homer? Who is Homer? My name is Guy Incognito.

[he gets beaten up and tossed out, unconscious]

Homer: [walks up, looks at Guy] [gasps] Oh my God! This man is my exact

double. [gasps] Oh my God! That dog has a puffy tail!

[he chases it, giggling] Here, Puff! Here, Puff!

This was the pick Officer Lou caused me to pick. Lou reminded me of "Uosdwis R. Dewoh", but that's not a real character. Then I realized Guy Incognito is.

Ron Howard.

Ron Howard: Really? You have children? Aw, well look, here's some money.

Homer: No. I don't want your pity or your money.

Ron Howard: Usually when you say that, you give the money back.

Homer: I do what, now?

Ron Howard: Yoink!

Ron Howard was my next pick. I tried to find the picture of him holding up the two $ sacks at the end of his first episode but couldn't find it.

Surly

Bart is hanging for dear life from handlebars of a roller coaster

Selma: "Can't you do something?"

Surly: "Hey, Surly only looks out for one guy -- Surly."

Selma: "Hm, sorry, Surly."

Surly: "Shut up."

I had Surly and another one-shot character in mind for my pick and I figured Surly would likely be picked before the other. Looks like I was probably right.
