they only thing ever to come out of that series that I like was when Peter Boyle gave his speech from Taxi Driver to Ray, and that's mostly because Taxi Driver's my favorite movie

Well, to be fair, they ARE backed by Maxwell Lord. Remember, in the DCU proper, he backs a team called "the Super-Buddies". Wasn't that pretty much established during the Supergirl/Power Girl episode? they had it open-ended, but that's happened before with shows and they bring it up once or twice. This episode, especially the "rich boy" line, built Cadmus up as a bit more than just recurring villains (like, for example, Ethan Rayne in Buffy if you watch it)

I find that when I listen to "World at Large" by Modest Mouse I can sing along word for word, but I can only remember the first couple lines and then it's like "hmm hmm hmm something about moths...hmm hmm" then I remember the last couple lines

anybody else have songs where you can sing along perfectly and remember all the words when you're listening to them, but can't remember any of them when you're not?

the 2nd ep of the Pylea arc has probably my favorite of the story points that they dropped: The Wolf, Ram, and Hart, books. Why, oh why couldn't they have brought them back up again at least once?
