  1. One would at least think that Edge would have the savvy to pressure the ref into fast counting Eugene outside the ring . . . especially when he was under the ring.
  2. This is worth a shot: http://www.nexusinc.us/slh/forums/
  3. The lil mark in me was cheering for Rhyno but it was all for naught. And I really dug that Benoit/Viscera match. Incredible selling by Benoit and it was nice to see a big man like Viscera bust his ass to not hinder the match w/ typical plodding offense and pointless posing midmatch.
  4. I wonder if Bret got concussion after concussion from having to deal with WCW's crap for 2+ years.
  5. Added some more stuff: - Shoot Interview w/ Missy Hyatt (RF) / Clash of the Champions VI (VG) - Shoot Interview w/ Harley Race (G+) - Nine Tapes of various Raw/Smackdown eps from July 2001 – Dec 2001 (VG+, feel free to ask about specifics) Thanks.
  6. It certainly appears that Vince thinks of the CWs as the ones who get the live crowd pumped up at the beginning of the night. No more, no less. Of course he cares much more for the ones he feels he can make a merchandising buck off of like Mysterio on SD and Hurricane on Raw.
  7. People that barely watched wrestling that insist there are 2 Ultimate Warriors since the 1st one died from a steriod overdose.
  8. Was this an Afterburn ep or something? Didn't see a single ad for it.
  9. I know I've said it before but until Edge drops the spear as an actual put-the-lights-out finisher, I'll never take him seriously . . . especially w/ Rhyno on the same roster using the much more brutal GORE!
  10. Classic entrance from JBL.
  11. Vince looks exhausted.
  12. At least we know they can pull off a Road Wild ppv if necessary.
  13. I'm surprised they didn't have JBL pop in a dvd of Armageddon 2004 to show the end of his title defense.
  14. Good thing I brought my GI Bro gear.
  15. That reminds me! I was at one of (if not the) first tv tapings after WMX. Perfect was on HBK's new interview show the Heartbreak Hotel talking about Luger. He said that he was an impartial referee and was not bitter about being knocked out by Luger 368 days previous (or something to that effect). Pretty funny stuff. I also got to see the beginning of a Tatanka-IRS feud that went nowhere and Yokozuna vs. Mabel. Was that the Yoko/Mabel match where they bodyslammed each other?
  16. If Savage/Flair counts, you may as well count Diesel/Backlund from 1994.
  17. No, but one got naked in the spirit of "art". Big ratings for that segment even though all we saw was her ass and a quick breast shot, Her name is Sharon Reed. Here's the promo page for it: http://www.woio.com/Global/story.asp?s=2570341
  18. That chinese dude (Charlie Minn) is now a sportscaster on our local Action News . . . yes, it's actually called Action News . . . and no, April O'Neil is not the lead news anchor.
  19. The WWF did a marketing survey in late 1995, asking fans which person in the WWF would you most like to get powerbombed, and Didinsky came first. Shortly after, he was fired. Too bad they didn't have Diesel powerbomb him on his way out. Could have only helped Nash's popularity at the time.
  20. I hated Barry Didinsky . . . or however you spell that douchebag's name
  21. Uh oh, guess that means the Midnight Wars in Cleveland will be starting up . . . WWE's Bottom Line vs. TNA's Impact
  22. Jacob Blu? Personally, I would prefer Eli's autograph. I'll take Uncle Zebechiah for $200 Alex.
  23. Molly is still negotiating?
  24. If he wasn't such a flake then Randy Savage. As it is, Ric Flair.
  25. The Premier of Assault on Devil's Island wasn't much better either, I feel sorry for the people who watched that just to see a quick Sting/Hogan contract signing. On the bright side, Shannon Tweed was in it.
