Probably because the list is *worst game titles* (you know, as in the names?) and not worst games? Game titles I also figured could go on there: -Rival Schools: United by Fate -any of the xenosaga titles, because they use german subtitles referencing nietzche because the developer is Japanese and likes to make pretentious piles of shit. -Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie : it's almost like it's an in-joke of the movie's length or something. Put Superman Returns - The Game here if they still go with that title. -Legend of Heroes : So did they name the game in like 2 minutes? From what I understand this RPG is so hopelessly generic that it should come up in a white box with plain black letters, so it seems oddly appropriate. -Rayman: Raving Rabbids - Do not SPOIL the shocking ending where Rayman is finally "put down!" -While they wouldn't qualify under that lists' rules, the Simple 2000 series has goofy titles that tranlate into stuff like "The Fighting," although "Zombies vs. Ambulance" really tops them. While I was searching through Gamefaqs to refresh my memory, I noticed some odd things. -There's going to be a Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy beat 'em up. Um, ok. -There's going to be a Kim Possible PS2 game. Buena Vista games is publishing but I don't see a developer. Hopefully its the folks who did the GBA games, which managed to be really good Batman-wannabe style games. -Elijah Wood will be voicing Spyro in the new Spyro game, Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning. His sidekick Sparx will be voiced by DAVID SPADE and Gary Oldman will voice Spyro's mentor. It's supposed to be darker themed, though, but I can't see them letting Spade go balls-out which makes that rather pointless.

Were He-Man and She-Ra not quite secure in their sexuality or something? Why the need to emphasize what gender they are?

The "Reprogrammed Hope" part of Silhouette Mirage is only on the title screen, though. Totally Rad and Nuts & Milk are my favorite.

It's a given it's going to be a very dark portrayal--it has to be. It's just how dark we don't know. I suspect a major character is going to be killed though. Hopefully Rachel. Oh, and ZGangsta--I beg to differ that Nolan knocked it out of the park with *all* of the casting choices. Katie was lousy.

Awesome--I've missed seeing Jeffrey in movies, and great to see they're finally going to be moving forward with House of Re-Animator. That's "Edmond" by the way. It's not horror, though. Why does Mena Suvari's name keep cropping up here..?

WTF? "The next Batman Begins sequel?" Did I miss the first sequel to Batman Begins? I'm sorry, just can't see Ledger in the part and I don't buy it until a press release confirms it. "Oh noes, he's relatively young and 'pretty' and was in that gay movie, so internet nerds start freaking out." Oh yeah, the fact that there are at least half a dozen choices that seem to be a better fit means nothing, obviously. It's gotta be homophobia over an actor that isn't actually gay. Nevermind that other comic-adapted movie projects with stars and a director that actually are gay didn't really get any flack. Put me on the Crispin Glover bandwagon too, BTW. It's when we're making Jimmy Olsen gay for no reason or having a gay black robot to sell toys that people begin (rightfully) bitching up a storm.

I've watched all of season 2. Thorougly impressed, especially since most of them I never saw before. But Hereafter is really, really stupid. I mean, except for Batman the League are written like idiots, the first big surprise is really obvious, and so much of the plot developments are really goofy. But (that character that pops up later on) almost makes it awesome. I guess he somehow got ahold of movie Doc Ock's old research.

Not without Dracula. Well, to be honest I haven't watched it in a long time (they're up to season 4?! WTF), but the first season was terrible and one of the main scriptwriters churned out the pile o' crap script that was Brainiac Attacks.

That's impossible. All of the published screens up to this point aren't actually real screens but "target screens," used for publicity. So, it's, like, an estimate. Real game *footage*? Only gaming press saw it at e3, and it wasn't playable.

I think you're giving it a little too much credit. I think it was part stupid sci-fi action flick, part spoof of old school sci-fi flicks. I also agree with this. This is Paul Verhoeven we're talking about--let's not give him that much credit.

Oh, and I doubt either of these titles will be as bad as Superman Returns: The Videogame (yes, that's the official title as of now). With EA publishing, Tiburon developing (a development team that has exclusively done football games in the past), and the cursed Superman license it seems only natural. The game is so bad in its current build *EA* was ashamed to release it to cash in. I doubt a few more months will save it.

Sooo...what is the plot? Two immortal vampire brothers occasionally duel on a planet with an old-west style setting--one of them a bad guy, one of them a comedic hero who acts as the big gun for a paranormal investigation/extermination unit, and some chick along the way becomes bitten and turns into a vampire who ends up working for the good guys...with crappy animation and silly dialogue? *hits up wikipedia* Okay, not quite--it sounds way better than my theory, but definitely can see where you're coming from. And yes, gotta love those stupid religious references.
