  1. Crazy things will happen, like somehow i'll be a moderator of something that has nothing to do with Oat and/or Toast....or Raw for that matter. *goes back into hiding*
  2. Oh dammmmmmn right I'm going to Summerslam. I *missed* No Mercy in 2003 and I'm NOT missing this.
  3. Holy Es.
  4. If you notice from the pictures, it's still just a few steel girders. Nothing else. I think there may be a small office building type thing to the side of it, and it's flanked to the right by a USED CAR LOT, but meh...it's just a "side of the highway" type of thing.
  5. Of course I second this, being that it's just plain awesome. And I will recommend A Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy as well as After Dacchau by Daniel Quinn. You will go into After Dacchau and after 100 pages think you know everthing about it, and then one page comes and your mind nearly caves in. Beautiful.
  6. http://www.godsark.org My hometown of Frostburg, Maryland has been home to this...thing...since the 1970s. A man is building it as a replica to house a bible college and auditorium. Known as "God's Ark Of Safety", it has basically been the same collection of metal beams since before I was born. I have seen very, very little change to the actual site for as long as I can remember, though every once in a while I might catch a new beam or two in place. I've heard from various sources that this is actually a pretty famous thing, and that it is recognized and people know my hometown because of it. For reference, these are other possible things my hometown and/or surrounding area could be known for: - William H. Macy's birthplace (about 10 miles away) - Lefty Grove Memorial (he was born about 6 miles away...not sure how many people know this guy) - birthplace of "Eddie Degan" (sp?) from Grease. - Washington Redskins training camp home for about 4 years in the mid 90s. Still, this thing deserves to be pointed and laughed at. I've read a few interviews with the pastor claiming that the completion of this building has something to do with Armageddon. (Apparently WWE is holding a PPV there or something)
  7. so they'll rename the show GhettDown with Ernest Miller, GM?
  8. WWE Presents: The Layfield Group Issue One: Cruiserweights...Yey or Nay! YEAAAAH!! WRONG, Cruiserweights are nothing more than jobber fodder and things for me to touch in the shower. NEXT ISSUE!
  9. *must resist making joke* GAH! Must...resist.... oh hell... Actually, the surveyer said "AIDS", but those they called thought they said "Jobs". And in all seriousness, that's pretty insane. I wouldn't have thought to do any sort of STUDY on THAT.
  10. I always wondered if Michael Stipe was a Trekkie.
  11. Bloodshed stats are placed in the bottom of the Clark stats. Nothing big, an entrance an a few move suggestions.
  12. I don't think that's what they meant by "stick out", man.
  13. That was so stupid on multiple levels, although "I hope you get MS" and "whomever that is has the worst handwriting ever". The guy wanting to punt a fake bloody baby was also mildly amusing.
  14. ...and Luger. Don't forget Luger.
  15. Ravenbomb dissing on Ken The Box. For SHAME on you, man. As for my pick -- Patterson v. Briscoe Evening Gown Match. *shudder*
  16. Note: Bloodshed "stats" will be posted in Clark's stats by tomorrow night around midnight EST.
  17. I take the blame, and plus, if i want to do anything for CF i'm gonna need to write like 7K a day thanks to my horrendous work schedule.
  18. Oh sonofabitch...I thought the shit was due last night. Oh well, still no-showing. I don't have the time tonight to do anything.
  19. Had I been that situation, I would have ended up cussing a blue streak in front of them. 1) cause I hate MTV and 2) they fully deserved it. Though with them, they can take artistic license on damn near anything. I'm surprised you weren't played by Sway or something, and never mind your skin color.
  20. Favorite Episode: CHAOS THEORY. Bar None. That one rules. For reference, it's about a girl turning up missing and eventually being found in the trash. Honorable mentions go to the Milander episodes, the gambling teens/death at the neon graveyard, and the one with the guy accidentally burning his house down. Oh, and fuck...I just remembered...the one with the five deaths in the cafe/restaurant. Favorite Character: Greg. Can't even explain why I like the guy. He's smart and off the wall. And that's great. Season: 2 or 3... they are my favorites. Also, the one with the old lady and the cats freaks me the fuck out. Thanks for making me remember that, RRR.
  21. the WTC "bomb" post is GOLD. "and then, when they pulled the putty off, there was a reverse picture of the Tower One on it"
  22. Watch as Matthews has to EXPLAIN the Royal Rumble to the new employee, basically implying that the guy has NEVER seen one before in his life. Probably true.
  23. Is the theme song "Last Dance With Mary-Jane" too?
  24. Heidenreich should have been "HOLY SHIT! I HAVE A TWIN! THANK YOU UNDERTAKER!" and ran to the back all happy and shit....until he got to Taker and realized the guy was dead. Then they could have fought and Heidenreich could have knocked the casket over.
  25. He said "Solar Plexus" and "kick to the kidneys" about 6 times each during that cruiser match.
