For my matches, I pretty much decided that I wasn't going to worry about throwing in a whole bunch of stuff to pad it out and just hit the high points until I am comfortable enough in matchwriting to flesh things out. In this one, I wanted to get across PK's mean streak, since he wants to punish Alf and also try to psych out Jay for their PPV match. Just who DID pat Jay on the shoulder anyway? Very good intense promo from Axel. With all the moves capitalized, the six man kind of read like a Mad Lib. " The Dude Irish whips Supes into the corner, charging behind and connecting with a (adjective) (wrestling move!)" That aside, a pretty good long-ish tag match with good participation from all involved. Oooh, a verbal bitchslap by Drek. I'm loving how this is unfolding. Good tag match with Igor and Behemoth, with good commentary by Christian Wright. "Satan is Our Homeboy" still is fun to say. Pretty good job on the segment as well. I think I should have done the same thing to Charles Robinson that I did to Alf. That should be an amusing read. Good GPX/Drek promo, chock full of creamy angle furtherness. And we close things out with Axel in a squash. Not really how I'd END the show myself (I'd probably have put the 6-man there instead), but like my match, showed Axel's intensity well. Good show. School's Out should be fun.

I'm sorry, but NOTHING on this show was even remotely funny, aside from Hardball and Armisen as Prince. The Star Wars skit was crap (they kind of blew the joke that Seth is 35). Update was crap, the cartoon was crap, every segment after Update was crap (the bit between Fox and Sharpton wasn't that great because the racial jokes were crap). Crap, crap, crap.

Now why would anyone consider ignoring lil' ol' me? And if you want to find out why a poster is ignoring you, you're probably going to have to ask the poster since that's their decision, not a staff decision.

Good opening match with some nice action early that led to the brawl at the end. Crystal and ladders......don't remind me (let's see who gets that). Heh.....Poopdog. It's the simple things I enjoy. Satan's Foot Soldiers seem fun to hang with. I'll bet the "Satan Is My Homeboy" catchphrase will sell a lot of shirts. Like Hoff said, the BBB/Blonde and Faqu match served it's purpose well. Heh, I liked how the Sk8ter Boyz realized they're wayyyy out of their element in facing the tag champs again. Marv being completely petrified ("Jiminy Jillikers! We're screwed!") was great. "The Suite Life of Zack And Some Guy"? Well.....it's better than 95% of anything on UPN. Caboose beating Cole = RATINGS! OMG TILDEBANG~! That brings out the best in everything. Should be interesting if the Eugene route is taken with Igor. It wouldn't be especially ORIGINAL, but a Russian version would be comedy gold. Hmm....what's Josie's problem, I wonder? Good simple promo from Team Otaku. Once you start writing more the ideas will flow easier. Impressive debut by Richards, with a tinge of heelness in his repetoire I see. But why oh why did Jumbo get involved? Oh, I'm facing Jay at the PPV eh? I love when Josie takes the leash off, heh heh heh. More later.

Those were more family-oriented shows, for kids not yet in their teens who usually are home on Friday nights. That isn't SD's demographic.

That has Jennifer Love Hewitt in the lead role. I mean, I like the girl and all.....but I'll give it.........four episodes.

This will be the last year of their contract.

Friday nights are ratings death (look at the now cancelled Law & Order: Trial By Jury), and besides, the Boston UPN affiliate shows Red Sox baseball on Friday nights and I'm willing to bet others show baseball or something as well, so that doesn't help things.

Delete any, and I mean ANY of my Royal Treatments, and we're going to throw down.

So what's the best site for E3 coverage this year? IGN? Gamespot? 1UP? http://sports.ign.com/articles/613/613583p1.html Here's stuff on the new Madden. I basically liked what I saw. Though the Superstar mode seems a little superfluous, I like that the D will adjust to a receiver's route if he uses one too often and that the Truck Stick for the O balances out the Hit Stick. I'd like EA to take some ideas from ESPN and add both a VIP profile and the smooth animations their games had (which looked more natural than Madden, IMO.)

The 2/3 falls match is one that people don't talk about enough, as is Eddie/Edge from Unforgiven, which is far superior to both the Summerslam match and the no-DQ match because its Eddie at his best. The tag at Survivor Series is sloppy (especially on Rey's part), and the crowd pretty much dies after Angle and Benoit are eliminated. The triple threat before SurSer is short, but pretty solid.
