Bring Back the ECW Folder.
UseTheSledgehammerUh replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in Site Feedback
I just see a ton of threads on ECW that could be better served being lumped in an ECW folder. -
Now they won't job him to D'Amore.

Well, when you merge the colors of WWE's shows (Blue and Red) to form a "new brand" (ha!), you DO get purple. And I'm pretty much using LOGO colors, not T-shirt colors. -
One of those Metallica concerts overseas is being called one of the Top 3 Metallica shows EVER.

I thought the Frat Boys Vs. Shawn Michaels beatdown was very well done, and the Squad's attack on his knee was executed well. I don't care what H's legacy is, no man can defeat 5 men or hold his own. Anything less than a Triple H hot start and beatdown (if a face doesn't save Triple H) would be silly. -

"Good god, get this title off RVD, ASAP. Tonight, fer christsakes. They're out of the bingo-hall...RVD can be a jobber again now. With that said, I'm no Cena fan either, so put it on Edge or Triple H." They were never IN the bingo hall, moron. They ran in NY. RVD a jobber? I believe he was one of the final 4 in the Rumble, he won a heavily-hyped WrestleMania match, won the Intercontinental Title on PPV clean, and just main evented the 2nd most anticipated show of the year. You lack any form of a brain. Triple H has no programs outside of the McMahons and Spirit Squad right now, who are the farthest thing from credible challengers. -

Updated to ECW ONS. All ECW results will be included in the chart, beings as it's a WWE brand of TV, facing their own opponents, as in any episode of Smackdown! or Raw. Now with Color Coded magic. -
The July 4th show is being taped for the Sci-Fi network. Whether or not this means "Lets look at clips from our live event from the arena!", OR "let's show 2 matches from SD! and 2 matches from another venue" OR "this whole episode is from the arena", who knows.

Ink is ink, despite if a half-naked man body is on the shirt or not.

And BTW, in thos Sandman surfer pictures, Peaches' face sure looks like Triple H's.

"Furries" Is that pronounced like "Fury" or like "Furry". I'm not sure whether I expect Paul to have a bunch of NY Yankees with paint and baseball bats attack Van Dam or a bunch of Giant Gonzalez-clothed werewolf creatures.

My favorite MK3 character was Striker, because he looked like Mikey Whipwreck and was a normal human cop. -
CZW presented "Strictly CZW" at the New Alhambra Sports & Entertainment Center in Philadelphia, PA on June 6, 2006. - Show began with "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen interrupting EdOMac's opening to put over that he'll, from this day forward, be a deserving CZW Iron Man Champion. He also had brought 6 Canadian stars who want to prove they deserve a shot in CZW. 1. Max Boyer defeated Nick Watts, Christopher Bishop, Lionel Knight, Jeff Fleury, and Matt Byson by pinning Bishop. After the match, Maven Bentley asked the crowd if they wanted the Canadians back, but the crowd seemed to react negatively. Boyer was given a mixed reaction and welcomed back, with Justice Pain getting on the mic and saying "Welcome to CZW." 2. Danny Havoc defeated Jigsaw and Hallowicked in a 3-Way Ladder Match by retrieving the envelope suspended above the ring. As a result of his win, Havoc was given any match of his choice. He asked for a match against DJ Hyde at Tournament of Death. Zandig made the following match for the opening round of TOD - Zandig Vs. Havoc Vs. Hyde. 3. Beef Wellington fought Larry Sweeney to a no-contest when BLKOUT interfered, allowed Beef to escape, and took Sweeney (claiming to be a H8 Club ally) hostage. The H8 Club came out and left Sweeney to the wolves, and setup the 8-man main event for later. Eddie Kingston was noticeably emotional and crazed on the microphone, and came off great. 4. Adam Flash & Pandora defeated LuFisto & Sexxxy Eddy after Flash hit the Last Call on LuFisto. Well-worked match by all 4 involved. Eddy missed his finisher in the corner on Pandora, coming up short and knocking himself out of the match. After the bout, LuFisto called out Chrissy Rivera and CZW Jr. Heavyweight Champion Niles Young, who had been sitting in the front row and bashing the babyfaces. LuFisto mentioned that Chrissy was jealous, since she wasn't even tall enough to suck a d*ck when standing up. Chrissy and LuFisto had a staredown before Niles jumped the hardcore women's wrestler from behind. 5. Derek Frazier pinned B-Boy clean in a competitive match with a hurancanaran and leg hook. Pandora was not by B-Boy's side, having just competed. 6. CZW IRON MAN TITLE - "Tables, Chairs, and Kaos Match" - Keven Steen retained the Iron Man Championship over DJ Hyde, Necro Butcher, and BJ Whitmer in a Tables, Chairs, & Kaos match. The Messiah started the match, but BJ Whitmer brutally attacked him about 10 minutes in with a chair and took his place. FINISH SAW STEEN DELIVER A PACKAGE PILEDRIVER off the top rope through a table onto Whitmer. WOW. Fans online and live were very receptive to this bout, an homage to the old school days of the Iron Man title. Just crazy. Afterwards, Necro said he didn't know it was a title match, and invited all of the fans out to the bar. _INTERMISSION)_ 7. Jon Dahmer pinned Ravage after delivering the "Move of 1,000 Maniacs" on the entrance rampway. About 7 minutes, and both guys looked good. Crowd was very hot, chanting for both men, who wrestled a good match. Finish was sick. - Maven Bentley summons Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli to the ring. Bentley forced Hero to defend his title against Claudio, with no dirty shenanigans or Hero will be stripped of the CZW World Title. Bentley did this to punish Hero for his sneaky win of the title th previous month. 8. Chris Hero retained the CZW World Heavyweight Championship over Claudio Castagnoli following a standing tuck moonsault. Very good match. Friendship turned into competition as both began cheating and hitting their full arsenal of maneuvers. Claudio dove through the ropes as hard as I've ever seen anyone before, and spun himself to deliver a European uppercut in mid-air, sending both men flying to the ground. Amazing. Ricola Bomb was avoided, and Hero snuck out a clean win. Afterwards, Claudio held Hero for the interfering Eddie Kingston. But Claudio set up King, and with Hero they attacked him. BLKOUT made the save. 9. The Blackout (Ruckus, Eddie Kingston, Joker, & Sabian) defeated The Forefathers of CZW (Zandig, Justice Pain, Nick Gage, & the in-ring return of LOBO) in one of the craziest brawls you'll see. Two giant panels of glass splattered into the crowd. Barbed-wire boards tore up the opponents. Sick chairshots. High-flying BLKOUT attacks. Battery on the entranceway. LOBO looked great in his return. The fans just loved this, it was hot throughout. The 6-way opener Canadians, as well as Beef and Steen, hit the ring to assist BLKOUT. Afterwards, the BLKOUT ran down the fans for supporting the "hardcore" fathers of CZW, when they bust their ass every month. They said Zandig had been holding down young talent like BLKOUT and the Canadian contigent. BLKOUT THEN CUT THE HAIR OF ZANDIG, as Hero & Claudio attempted to make the save. BLKOUT got major heat. Really good show that made amends for Best of the Best, IMO. Next shows are June 8th (New Alhambra) and June 29th (Tournament of Death, Delaware). For tickets check out www.czwrestling.com.

Bendis shared a big piece of his birthday cake with me at Wizard World Chicago 01, and signed all my shit, so since I haven't read any comics since '02, he's cool in my book. USM, Powers, DD, and some fun Ult. Marvel Team-Ups owned everything back then.

Remember the one-issue X-Force member Prosh? He was a robotic form of Cable's computer "The Professor". He was officially given the "WELCOME TO THE TEAM, PROSH!" induction, I believe around issue 35-38, it was a green cover with Prosh holding Cable's injured body on the cover. Turned out, Cable had a horrible reaction to Prosh being near him, which force him to not be a part of the team.

When the shirt costs $4 to make, they'll throw any ridiculous price up there to get you to buy the combo deal, since they have the most to lose on the book.

I was looking forward to more Heyman lies about really "popular" sub cultures. We all know those blood-drinking goth kids in New York spend their Tuesday nights watching fake fighting on Sci Fi, thus representing Paul E.'s, NOT SCI FI's (ha!) decision to appeal to mega popular markets like "vampire kids" or whatever the fuck he called the made up demographic.

The Batman one looks more like Jae Lee's "Hellshock" character than Batman, btw.

Question: Has WWE made any mention of Tenta's death yet? -
The July 4th ECW at New Alhambra in Philly show is a TV taping for Sci Fi.

As of the WWE Homecoming Raw, every single legendary wrestler, regardless if they ever worked for WWE or not is a "WWE Legend".

In that Flair wedding photo, I totally thought David Flair was Pete Gas of the MSP until I read the "WOW is that Reid next to David?" post.

Hopefully he'll get some NEW opponents who know how to work a crowd AND a match (which Orton lacks in both departments) and maybe we'll see a NEW Angle match. I popped for Randy's 2nd RKO attempt when Angle blocked and Orton just fell flat on his head. -
Did Axl no-show again?
