Is the FMW listed there THE FMW? or is it some midwestern junk group?

So I just realized that Coach isn't doing WWE Experience. D'oh -

Livewire? Would that mean a return of Todd Pettingil as well? Todd Pettingil? Todd Pettingil? I would love to see him come back. Anything would be better than Coach -
Billy Gunn & Hardcore Holly Orlando Jordan & Mark Jindrak That's all I've got. Seriously. There roster is half that of RAW's EDIT: Sheesh. Seems like everyone is putting Gunn and Holly together already

Is there a reason they went straight to the guys with no positives? So the next generic OVW wrestler they bring in doesn't look as bad.
-
Isn't that the point of the internet? So that assholes like us can get together and piss and moan about what we're not satisfied with? It's not? *looks around and then slowly turns off computer*

But you forget about team chemistry. What good are Cade and Storm if they have no energy that makes you want to watch? Putting teams together is more than just slapping two names together, it's putting two guys together who meld in personality and style.

I'm still on the verge of being worried that this is another Jericho push. Where a guy is given the title, begins to make people believe that maybe he is that good, and then ends up losing to HHH and getting buried. I hate to say it, but that's what this looks like. Of course, Benoit could cement his main event status with some great matches before dropping the title, but it looks like he's giving the belt back to HHH at Bad Blood. And though I agree that good pop does not equal $$$, there is a difference between mid-card "you're entertaining thank God it's not HHH" pop and "OHMYGOD I'D SELL MY LEFT NUT TO SEE YOU FOR 10 SECONDS" pop.

I was watching the 2001 Rumble last night, and a thought hit me. Why not bring Haku back in and put him in a team with Rikishi. Then you could send Grandmaster Sexay to Smackdown to team up with Scotty 2 Hotty and they could feud. It would be all this emotional buildup as Rikishi turns on Scotty and GMS comes back to reunite with his old friend. And then Eugene shows up and everyone is happy... Then I woke up.

And the Ultimate Warrior wasn't horrible with the Mic? Flair didn't use too many chops? Ok, I can't argue about the nose. Seriously, though. This has more of a dream come true vibe than anyone other than Bret Hart. Watching the stuff with him in Edmonton, it makes me see him as more of an everyman winning the belt. I've always been a Benoit mark, but I'm really digging where there going with him now. Though I do agree with Goodear that HHH is the focus of EVERY RAW

Mordecai... offender of religion..

I know a lot of Christians, whether from school or church, that stopped watching wrestling because of Ministry Taker. It's incredibly hard to get them back into wrestling because of that -
Mordecai... offender of religion..

It's Biblical. It was the name of an Old Testament (Jewish) Prophet -
I know that many people have asked TNA about this, and Mike Tenay vehemently opposes lots of titles, but I was wondering if there was anyone else who thought it would be a good idea for NWA-TNA to introduce the North American Title? Russo seems to want to create some new stars, and what better way than the North American Title? I think mid-card titles help when used right (something WWE has forgotten how to do), so what does everyone else think?
-
I don't think comparing Foley and Flair is a valid argument as that's comparing apples and oranges. As for HHH being the best, I doubt it. And I'll go on the record as saying I would pay good money to watch Raven ME. Probably more than I would to see Flair/Batista vs. whoever, or HHH. Take that Nature Boy.

Doesn't President Bush call himself this as well? -
Pardon me, but when the fuck has this worked in the past 5 or so years? That was the point of "something WWE has forgotten how to do." When used properly, a mid card title could aid a promotion in developing stars. PROPERLY. I know WWE hasn't done it lately, but they did when Russo was writing.

It's not that it's Tennessee, but that it's Nashville. Okay, maybe a lot of it is Tennessee. The South tends to like their long, drawn out heavyweight matches compared to spotfests. We're notorious for our eternal resthold matches. If TNA truly wants to go anywhere, I would recommend them going somewhere else as Tennessee is not the best place for wrestling anymore.(Most fans I know still think Goldberg is the shit.)

Unless their were two, I remember one ECW game sucking complete dick. And they had one on GBC that was crap too. I believe there were 2. Anarchy Rulz and Hardcore Revolution. And they did suck. They were from Acclaim.

$22.92 at FYE.com. WTF? When did they start adding sales tax to online orders? It cost me an extra 2 bucks
-
They can't come up with anything for Mysterio, but they'll come up with something for A-Train? Sheesh. Does anyone else think that RAW is a little overcrowded these days?
-
This is pure insanity. Vince takes a guy who's a HUGE superstar and a name everyone who has followed wrestling in the past 10 years will recognize, and tells him that they have nothing for him to do. Then he puts MARK FUCKING JINDRAK on tv playing Lex Luger's old gimmick. And here it was I thought they wanted people to watch Smackdown

As a bit of clarification, I do take my religion seriously. But anyone who gets offended by a character on a TV show being religiously oriented is a little over the top in my opinion -

I used to run an fantasy wrestling group with the help of my old roommate. We're both Christians (he's way more conservative with it than I am) and he actually used a similar gimmick in the e-fed. He's heard about Mordecai and is psyched about it. Anyone who's a Christian and is offended by it takes their Christianity a little TOO seriously. -
Anyone else notice that it's in the time slot that they were moving HEAT to?

This is funny....did anyone take my joke of him being released serious (on April Fools Day)? I cracked up when I read that. Did you post that anywhere else other than TSM? Maybe someone took it seriously and posted it on another board.
