It's also how most boxing announcers introduce fighters.

1. They could market and merchandise the hell out of her. 2. They could use her as a manager, wrestler or both. 3. She's cheap. There's a reason that Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler and the ilk remain employed with the WWE.

Wow, an opinion as insignificant as Kanye West.

+ Hilarious moment with Chavo reversing the golf cart after the match ended. - Everything else on the show. EDIT: It looked like Hurricane knocked Murdoch loopy on that first clothesline out of the hot tag, so that explains why Murdoch was not responding to his offense.

Well, you just got a new TNA fan right here. Shows confined to one night will be exciting to watch.

IIRC, Austin had a problem with Jerry Jarrett, not Jeff. The story remains the same, though.

What would you NOT change about the WWE?
Fökai replied to RavishingRickRudo's topic in The WWE Folder
Cena and Batista holding onto their respective belts this long. Eddie and Benoit's reigns should've ended somewhere between Summerslam and Survivor Series. For these two, I'd let them hold the title until someone really steps up their character. -
I'm in love with that weird beat at 2:43 of 'Gold Digger'. His beats are out of this world.

Poor you.

Here's a LiveJournal linked from the charities blog - there are links at the bottom to support what he has said. I'll pull the article if inaccuracies or complaints arise. I edited it to exclude the remarks that were a bit left-wing. Please read...

For those that can't help, if you're watching people literally die on your television screen...especially when it's not a third-world country...it's easy to have your emotions run through the wringer. For me, my emotions have gone from "shock" to "anger" to "complete despair" to "hope" to 'blaming anyone at fault" to the current stage of "hoping the worst is over"...which it isn't. Where does it say anything about Hagin making a mistake? This guy is basically doing what Giuliani did on 9/11, except this time that government aid didn't show up when it was sorely needed. You can hear the emotion in his voice.

The only set-up to it was Bischoff promising to interview Piper at his home in Oregon to see if he would challenge Hogan at Starrcade. This was a week before the turn, which led to the subsequent in-ring interview with Piper calling him a liar.

Refresh my memory because I'm totally blanking on it now... What foundation infamously bungled the donations that came in after 9/11? Was it Red Cross, a 9/11 fund or someone else? I'm going to be donating a lot of money with my friends and family, but I need it to go to the the "safest" place I can find.

No kidding. That's a stretch. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, it's not Nobody is trying to pass blame for the destruction. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Too bad that no one is accepting it either.

I don't know if there's going to be a backlash anytime soon; I mean, you know, the thousands of people dying as we speak might...just might overshadow what a rapper said on a emotionless telethon.

...we probably shouldn't take his word for it, when the mayor, the governor of the state and every news network is questioning what FEMA has done so far.

I was looking for the real life reason. I knew the kayfabe one becuase I watched the show yesterday. It just seemed odd that the Undertaker/Mankind match was made out to be the main attraction of the show only for not to be the main event. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'd suspect that they didn't want to end the show on such a morbid note (the fireball to Bearer). As for the Austin attack... That scene was hilarious.

The Pentagon is directing 30,000 National Guardsmen to the affected area in the next few days.

I prefer Angle's version because, regardless of his neck problem, he still brings it out in big matches. For example, when he did it against Show at Armageddon, or against Michaels at XXI.

Wrestler To Sue Director For Negative DVD?
Fökai replied to LucharesuFan619's topic in General Wrestling
It's great that the DVD is selling well, but the guy has attempted to drum up ANY type of interest to sell the damn thing. So, the story is, he just might get sued, but there's no way the other party could conceivably have a case? And this means what? Can't he simply sell the damn product on the fact that he shilled the hell out of it before its release, without having to resort to these post-release "incidents" week after week? -
To dignify a response to a few... It did a 3.4 on a throwaway December show, which was up .4 from the week prior. Who knows if it could do well for buyrates - probably not - but it's a worth a shot if comes down to it. Brock is one of the few guys that got *** out of THE BIG SHOW. Layfield is a much more capable wrestler than him, and with the fact that Brock can mold to any style to fit into the context of a match, the match should at least be an entertaining brawl. Layfield/Batista was a failure workrate-wise from the beginning. Inserting Brock into either program does wonders for his opponent. Umm, duh. The match WILL be great, because Shawn WILL bump like a madman. The other way around. Yeah, who needs money these days?

Anyone else feeling the effects of the hurricane, even if they're not connected to it? I'm not talking about the financial end, but more the emotional toll it has taken. For me, I've only been sleeping in spurts since Sunday night - basically, 16-20 hours over these five days. It's just a feeling of complete despair for the residents who are still trapped, as well as the complete breakdown of social order with how things have progressed. My stomach has been in knots whenever I click on any related thread or website, which may be a positive because I would be in much worse of a condition if I had been subjected to the television coverage of the events. The worst part, for me, is the utter lack of a "silver lining" in such a tragedy. Every event in natural history has had some type of positive note that salvaged a loss, whether it was bringing people together to fight a common cause or threat, or a simple lesson that allows people to avoid such events in the future. This....this IS the exception. EDIT: On a more angrier note, I feel sorry for those who believe this is the Apocalypse, as if God is teaching us a lesson. Get your head out of your ass. Guess what? I don't think complete and utter devastation leads to *good* things. When I'm trying to continue a simple conversation and how things have de-evolved down there, people are interjecting with these comments as if to say "I told you so". I've been a devout Catholic for twenty years...and this train of thought just sickens me.

You don't know how people could find humor in a comedian telling a joke?
