Just call me Dan 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2003 I do it off and on. I could go outside, but I take a long time to show color, and it usually ends up being a framer tan of sorts. Tanning beds are cool, but really expensive. when I get my money squared away i think i'll return. It really helps keep my face clear, as I struggled with acne for years. Nothing wrong with a nice tan, but these people who frequent the tanners often are too tan looking. It's like look whitey, just accept that you're white and quite trying to be brown or orange. Guest stardust Report post Posted September 10, 2003 Neutrogena Sunless Tanning Lotion is my friend when I happen to wear shorts or a skirt, primarily because I'm far too fair-skinned and I just burn and turn this lovely shade of red, rather than any shade of tan. Besides, after all of the times I got severely burned when I was a kid (I'm talking BAD), I figure I might need to start taking care of my skin now and stop doing that to myself. Guest wwF1587 Report post Posted September 11, 2003 i usually burn but for some reason my arms and face (for the most part) is partially tan.. but yet if i got to the pool or lay outside.. the rest just burn.. i guess the rest of me aint you to bein exposed to the sun for large amounts of time... im going to go for it.. what the hell could it hurt.. if i dont like it, i cancel my membership and just call it an experience.... lomasmoney 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2003 being a black guy i dont tan because i dont need to i usually get darker in the spring/summer since i am usually outside running or what not.My "tan " usually goes away when i loaf around all fall and winter in the house.
