Since Kane is a Supernatural Entity, so are his children; meaning advanced pregnancy for Lita. She gives birth at Bad Blood (backstage) and Matt decides he is the one who will be doing the delivery. A hand pops out and chokeslams him. The Camera shows Matt on the floor knocked out and Lita screaming. We see Lita looking at something and that something is a fully grown man with a black glove on covered in goo. That manbaby laughs and JR says "My god, what is that, is that Kanes child, it's hideous, my god" and the manbaby punches the camera and we lose the feed. The next night on RAW the manbaby comes out and cuts a promo talking about his predestined arrival in the WWE. He says he would have come earlier, but his former bearer -Mae Young- wasn't suitable enough to give birth to him, hence only his hand came out (see, Kane likes to fuck dead things and that was the closest he could find). This all ties in with the Undertaker / Mordecai storyline where Mordecai (The Shadowruler) wants to destroy the Undertaker (the Lord of Darkness) so he can rule over all the souls in the universe. The Manbaby, who identifies himself as Surt, has come to destroy the world so it can begin anew; to put an end to the bickering between these gods.

The writers will get bored and pump the baby out in three months and say "Uh, it was all an evil plan and they really fucked on Christmas Eve." Well, if Kane has supernatural powers, the baby should develop really fast like in Village of the Damned.

And J.R was going ape shit saying:"MY GAWD! IT'S KANE'S SON!" and the crowd started cheering and chanting Kane's real last name (I forget how it's spelled). It was weird.
